We were in a 16 hr drive, stopped here because I'd the overall 5 star rating The facade was old, worn, bars on the window , in a run down strip plaza. We would never have entered if we didn't have a 5 star Yelp rating. The lady greeted us with a handwritten list of food that was ready- we ordered to go- would t want to dine there. The food was over cooked , bland , sticky white rice , store bought gravy. The complimentary corn bread muffin had such a horrible taste , I literally spit it out. Again I hate to do this to a business but we both felt the need to be honest with fellow yelpers

My fried oyster & fried crab claw basket (fries and hush puppies) was just $20, and the oyster count was 8. Seafood was served piping hot; fries were warm. Crab claws, while plentiful, were dry (assuming cooked from frozen). I had considered a shrimp entree initially, but the waitress said the shrimp were 'both domestic and imported' so I took a pass. The souvenir tank-top shirts were limited in stock, but BOGO so I splurged and got 2/$10. Sadly, nowhere do they say "Yazoo City" on them. For a lot of food for not a lot of money, P-Reaux's could be your stop!
