The customer service is horrible here. They never put napkins. Most than likely they will mess up on your order and have you wait 25 more minutes because of it. They will also get upset when you ask for condiments. Corporate needs to fix this major issue. read more

Where do I begin? I cherish my time at McDonalds. It is typically a reliable establishment. However, my faith in this once great business has now been shaken. Thankfully we were first in line and didn't have to wait to order. I saw three McDonalds faithfuls walk out before even ordering because the service was so slow. "Three times the charm" seems to the mantra for this establishment in Yazoo City as it took three times for me to receive some condiments, my drink, and half of my missing order. I noticed a significant rift amongst the staff based on their tone and verbage. There was deep interpersonal conflict within this home. Sadly, this reminded me that "United we stand yet divided we fall". And let me you brothers and sisters this McDonalds is divided. It pains me to have to share this sad truth with y'all. However I know I must share it if I am to keep hope that this McDonalds will one day become the standard bearer for the once fine establishment of McDonald's. First off, the service wasn't great...but it's a McDonald's. If you want friendly service, go to another place. This is a fairly new McDonald's, and it was in a strangely nice location. We sat and watched the traffic go by as we ate our breakfast Yazoo seemed like a bustling city from this vantage point. The coffee was good. It's not fancy, but it was tasty. My wife and I had a very, very bad coffee experience at a McDonald's several years ago, and we are still scarred from it. This coffee was good. I got the Egg McMuffin with hashbrowns and my wife had the chicken biscuit with hashbrowns. My egg McMuffin was excellent! I love an egg McMuffin, and they did it up good. My wife's chicken biscuit was ok. The hashbrowns were ok as well. Overall, it was a very pleasant McDonald's experience. read more

There are some REALLY nice McDonalds, but to be honest, this one isn't. There is almost ALWAYS a super long line at the drive thru AND the inside. The burgers are good, so are the fries. We were driving through Yazoo hoping to get lunch. Literally every item we ordered was incorrect, it took 30 minutes to get (what's the point of "fast food"). On 3-19-2023 I placed my order at 830pm and waited at the window. I paid had 2 workers ask me what I was waiting for and I told them my order each of them walked away. 30 mins later still waiting for my food. This is unacceptable. I went through the drive through to order breakfast on the way to work. I got to the window and they asked me to pull forward. Which isn't really unusual. But I sat there for 15 minutes. At that point a woman came to my window and asked for my receipt and walked away. It has been another 10 minutes now and still nothing. I am now late for work. I went inside and found out that they were holding my order because the machine they needed to make my drink wasn't working. But no one came out to tell me. So she gave me my food and I ran out, because again, I'm late for work. I finally reach in my bag hoping to find the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel I ordered. Instead there was oatmeal. Go thru the drive thru line is wrapped n get my order drive half way up the highway n my order is wrong so I turn around go on the inside to have my sandwich corrected the manager says throw some pickles on it I told the cashier I didn't want the same onion burger they gave me I wanted a fresh burger with everything that comes on a double qtr pound burger so she forgets to get my wrong burger and the manager says get that burger rudely to her so we can count it on waste so she proceeds to get it they return my correct burger I ask it's not cheese on it she says yes so I mosey on out to my car n surprisingly I check in the car it's cheese on it I bring it back n it's a whole conversation bout it so the manager goes to make it on the opposite side of the dress table n mutters something under his breath to the affect if it's not right I don't know what's wrong with it so the cashier brings me my sandwich but I'm not to concerned bout it being wrong twice my concern is no one fixed their lips to say I'm sorry . This isn't the 1st time in the last 3 visits my order is wrong n every time no one apologized for their error.
