I can not remember the last time I was at a Sonic. Yelp knows, I do not. LOL Atmosphere - Not rating as we used the drive thru. Food - I love a secret menu, okay their menu is not so secret as it is on their website, just not on the menu board. I had to try the Frito pie, medium, and a larger chilli cheese tots. A Frito pie is basically is chilli, cheese, and Fritos. Dang those Fritos do not get mushy. Those things were solid to the last bite. I was needing this comfort food tonight. Service - Quick and easy. The secret menu item was not even an issue when I asked about it. Future - Comfort food kind of place for a late night dinner. read more

I really wasn't expecting much since this sonic is in westlake... but for real the chicken is dry every time, I have to send my tea back everytime which only has raspberry add ins so its not that complicated. Overall they just need to work on the quality of they're food. read more

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I live in Westlake so we like to go there for ice cream. We have been twice and they were out of ice cream. We have been several times and they were out of fruit. They always have excuses. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. Managers say it's old and things keep breaking. I could barely hear the guy through the mic and he sounded depressed to be working there. But he took my order correctly and we got the food. WORST crispy chicken sandwich ever, dry like it had been sitting all day and worst chicken tenders meal, like cardboard. Mozzarella sticks were decent. Got there at 930 on a Friday. Bunch of kids working there don't seem to care...sign of bad leadership and management. Don't spend your money here if you can avoid. read more

I got there 45 mins before they were supposed to be closed. I even called before i left to see if they were closed and they said they weren't. So i left home drove up there pressed the button waited for a few mins before someone answered and i told them one moment because i had to cough i didnt wanna cough in their ear. Thats rude. When i said okay im ready no one answered me i waited for a good 5 mins trying to press the button. I drove up to the window and people were inside no one came to the window to even at least say they were closed. Just plan horrible. They need new managers and people. They either serve stale food or cold food... or they forget to give you your items and then argue about it. Never again.

Filthy bathrooms with no hand soap, messed up my order, and the fountain drinks were awful.

We waited for our food longer than it takes most sit down restaurants to serve. It was ridiculous and there is no excuse for that kind of service, especially since they weren't super busy. How long does it take to cook a hot dog?? They also messed up our order - we waited forever for the wrong food. They did give us our money back for the mistake but that even took a long time! The food they got correct was really good but we like Sonic in general, we will just go for the speedy service at the Moss Bluff location. Consistently awful service and terrible food. Will never eat there again, despite Sonic normally being my preferred drive thru choice, not to mention living only 2 blocks away. Nobody that I know has had a positive eating experience here. read more

1 November 2016, 9:23am, CST, I just got off the phone with the Manager of this Westlake location, Very friendly and listened to my concern about service I received 30 October 2016, at 10:50pm, Not good, Anyhow, She took the info I gave her and assured me it would be taken care of, I in turn explain no one needs to get in trouble over this, I live in Westlake, and my family go there often, 99% of the time, Service is good, Very busy location, even more with the amount of people moving here, due to Lake area growth, Before you go by some of the reviews you see about this location or any other business, consider some people give a bad review because they expected perfection or more than reasonable, Please keep this in mind, I've never had a person there, give me a bad Attitude, I been there well over a thousand times, Thaks read more

Westlake Sonic is the WORST Sonic. Go to Moss Bluff. You can bet on something being wrong with your order or poor service every visit. Make bets when you pull in on what will be wrong, someone will win the pot. read more
