I was reading reviews before I made mine and I read about their "sink water slushes" and it's exactly what I was planning on typing. My 2 slushes were both half melted and tasted like nasty sink water, and my order was missing toppings that I paid for. Sonic was a good place to eat back in the day, but now they have all kinds of school children working and they don't care if you order or not! They burn the food all the time and give you cold fries! Good. This is your standard sonic. Chances are if you use the drive through you'll have to repeat your order. They'll never hear you properly. If you order a limeade, you MUST specify a "regular" limeade. They like to automatically give you a cherry limeade. Not a welcome surprise. Everything else is good. Tip your server. This Sonic is not always the greatest. They are frequently out of things (cheesesticks) and tonight there ice cream machine was down. Last week, there were several cars including mine that just left because no one would take our order. They get orders wrong a lot. They just don't seem to have things down well. Could use new management. We bypass this one to go to the one on 61N. It's worth the extra few miles of trouble. The only good thing they have going for them is their location really. read more

I wish they would add a 1/2 star button cause this location does not even deserve one star. I was traveling with my family on vacation. We had been on the road for awhile and needed to stop to use the restroom, stretch our legs and get a drink. We pull into this sonic and I went to the back of the store (where most Sonic restrooms are located). When I opened the door to the woman's bathroom the girl that was in there failed to lock the door. I apologized and waited outside for her to come out. My son was also waiting with me. A man comes to the door looks at us and says something that was not very legible and leaves, then a woman comes to the door seconds later asking what we doing and I said I was waiting on the restroom. She then says we don't have a public restroom and then proceeded to ask us was we doing anything sketchy. I said ma'am we are in that truck placing an order and just trying to use the restroom. And she said well we don't have a public restroom. She then shuts the door and locks it. We go back to my truck and by now the same man that came to the back door is now at the front standing near our truck. I have never been treated like a criminal while placing an order before nor have I ever been scared of getting jumped by an employee while waiting on an order to come out. They didn't have any problem taking my money for the transaction but sure went out of there way to treat us like criminals. I was not going to say anything until I noticed on the bottom of the receipt was a bible verse. I am just wondering how can you have a bible verse on a receipt but treat someone like a criminal and act like you going to jump them while they eat there food. This place is in dire need of management, some speech classes for their employees, some customer service classes and an overall class on courtesy and a sign on the back door that says "employees only" might help people just passing through. Needless to say we will never stop here again. And what's real funny is we just come from New Orleans where we was treated very nice by many locals! Basically you just do not want to stop at this location nor do they deserve your patronage. read more
