    Order

As a lifelong Wisconsinite I've never been treated worse at a fastfood location in Sun Prairie or Wisconsin for that matter. I ordered two Quarter Pound Double cheeseburgers with No Pickles, No Mustard, Add onion. After my family started eating and their faces got dim and unhappy i looked at the Burgers. They were completely wrong so I simply called for a refund no big deal. "You have to call corporate for a refund" I'm told. "Okay can you give me that number?" "No" "Okay well are you going to help me?" "Ummmmmm" Click She hangs up Alright thats not okay. I drive down with the Packer game starting. A employee comes out and I ask for Store Manager. A unprofessionally dressed young man with a oversized Chicago Bulls hat on looks at me like he doesnt care at all. "You have to call corporate" So I go to do so and the Manager Howls like a dog after walking back into the kitchen. I was never ONCE given an apology or told Im sorry by anyone I spoke with at the location.Neither was I offered to have the order Remade. Even Corporate refused to refund me for the order. I Threw the food into the garbage and left Ive missed the 1st Quarter of the Packers vs 49ers game dealing with this. If you have respect for others you shouldn't go here unless it's the last place in town with food. I will never return.

Lime slushy with NO NERDS in sight.....
    Jason C.

Just ordered via the App and a couple issues but one of the biggest was app wouldn't allow a Chicago dog to be ordered so we had to order a second order (per lady on speaker) and make it for any other dog (which took choosing all dogs before it getting one app said was available would go thru). Then when we got food was missing cheese for pretzels and even when I asked about the missing nerds in my slushee (rt44) she said she made it and they ate all at the bottom - umm photo on boards shows them mixed thru. See mine in photo below. But that's okay since we only got 4 SHORT straws for 2 medium drinks and 2 rt44 sizes so pretty impossible to even get to the bottom of the cup......

    Drive through

The whole point of sonic is to park and have the food brought out to you. Every time I come to this location they say they are doing drive through only. They might as well bulldoze the stalls.

I love Sonic, but the one closest to us is so under staffed, the wait is 45 minutes or more! So we've stopped eating there.

Terrible service, had to wait roughly 15 minutes just to place an order, and just to make things worse the food was dry.

Woodman's Market is a local Wisconsin brand of markets that puts every other market I have shopped at to shame. They are community focused and worker owned, which is really cool in today's corporate driven retail environment. In addition to their mission, they are solely grocery driven, meaning they focus on food, and lots of it...you will not find a wide variety of clothing, toys, seasonal items, etc...here, just food, lots and lots of food, and drinks. The store itself is MASSIVE, overwhelmingly so. However it is so thoughtfully laid out and spaced very well. Aisles are wide, sections are very clear and well defined and again, the selection is unreal. This is repeated throughout the store with every section from produce, veggies, snacks, frozen, meats, drinks, etc... In addition to the impressive variety of goods, Woodman's also has a gas station, service/lube station (oil changes), car wash and of course a well-stocked and good sized liquor store! Legit, everything. The store is well maintained conditionally and was very clean, inside and out. Service was top notch as well. From the cart attendance to the stock associate to the cashier...all were great! Overall, Woodman's Market is currently my favorite grocery store in the country. And I am honestly willing to throw hands over it. In addition to restaurants and other spaces I visit when in WI, Woodman's is always considered a priority stop!

Some things I love about Woodman's: * It's employee-owned, and every employee I've come across has been happy and helpful to chat with. * They are all laid out about the same. For example, I know that I can usually find the cheese curds (something else we typically stop for to give to others back home) in the cases near the back wall. * It's clean. * There is a wide variety of items, including produce and locally made products. * The attached liquor store is also easy to find your way around in. Like others have mentioned, Woodman's does not take most credit cards, so be sure to have cash on hand.

They have a great stock and I believe the employee who was working the day I stopped in genuinely care about me as a customer and my business. I am looking a a specific, rare spirit. Cork N' Bottle's website boasts: "We were established in 1960, so if you're interested in it, we've probably seen it-- whether it's a rare bourbon, limited-edition run from an obscure brewery, or a small-production wine from a tiny appellation in the middle of nowhere. We're passionate about what we sell, and we're dedicated to curating an interesting rotating selection of delicious and sometimes hard-to-find beverages of all sorts. Want a special order? We're your store." So I decided to stop in and when I did, the employee I spoke to was very kind and gave me some tips about how I might find it and suggested that I call on Monday to speak to the employee who handles purchasing for this type of spirit. When I did, the employee I spoke to on the phone was incredibly condescending. It doesn't bother me that the store doesn't have the spirit in stock or the ability to specifically make sure I get a bottle. What bothers me is that the man I spoke to on the phone made me feel stupid for even asking if they may have some come in stock. I understand certain spirits are really hard to come by and it can be frustrating dealing with these type of requests if it's something that is in high demand, but it is exceptionally poor customer service to ridicule someone for asking a question when the website specifically boasts of the business' ability to help find rare bottles. All that being said, they do have a nice selection and the employee I dealt with in the store was delightful. I would consider going back for simple shopping as there didn't seem to be high mark up on things that tend to be harder to come by, but I would not ever ask for assistance from staff again.

Total Wine & More really does a good job providing a wide array of products for a great price. I've been here several times and never leave disappointed (except for one thing that I'll mention later). Their employees know their products and can make smart recommendations based on what you're looking for. Samples? Yes please! At one visit, an employee pointed out a good whiskey that he thought I'd like. Lo and behold, it was one of the samples, so I was able to "try before I buy". I like that. On another visit, I was lured into a back room for a tequila tasting. Not liking, I tried to decline, but was convinced to give them a try - and I was not disappointed. Also, I like how at the front of the store they have racks of "airplane bottles" - small "samplers" that you can buy to try out various products. Again - I like this idea. It was a way for me to try peanut butter whiskey without sinking too much into a larger bottle... So yeah - they're the big guy on the block, but I like the service they provide, and the deals that I get. I would LOVE it if they were able to track down a bottle of Thomas Tew rum. This is a personal goal of mine (I have my reasons), but I understand they are a small brand only found on the east coast. Someday...
