He said he had to have the serial number. Many stores can pull up proof of a gift card's use. When I called first, he said that if I had taken a picture of it ,with the serial number, that he would not have honored it . Yet , then I went in, thinking he would recognize me and be helpful . He said he had to have the serial number. There was nothing that he would do to honor the $30. I even asked him to check with the owner. He wouldn't do that. Unfortunately, I have never felt that they have been good with understanding customer service. I think one should greet your customers, and offer to take the wine out. The lady, who's mostly in the beer side has always been wonderful, and I've told her, how I have felt. I will not be going back.

He is a gentleman who knows his beverages and it shows in every nook and cranny of the distillery. The logo is amazing. Crafting the packaging was important to Richard and it shows. The bottles practically jump off the shelves and into your hands. I'd try it once just for the sexy logo and I'll keep buying it because it's delicious. The distillery is beautiful and the tasting room is exquisite. Stop by to purchase product and/or have a tasting yourself. Richard is a perfect host. They opened not long ago but have already crafted a couple of special Copper Creams for the winter season - Salted Chocolate Truffle and my personal favorite, Pecan Praline. They are planning on releasing a new spring/summer beverage too so I can't wait to taste that! To be honest I'm not much of a vodka drinker but a few sips of theirs made me change my mind. It's incredibly smooth! Richard takes pride in his work and only serves the best products that he will stand behind 100%. When I buy their product I know I'm buying the best and that love and hard work went into the process. Finding Copper Horse is the only difficult thing... it's on Huger Street behind Stronghold. Drive to the end and park. Climb a few steps and you're in distilling heaven.
