If you come here don't go to the bench stall. They don't take your order till last and if it gets disconnected you have to start over again. I waited 20 minutes to even put in my second order before they got to me. I ended up leaving after they did it a second time read more

Usually like sonic. Last time there none of the outside machines for ordering worked. Intercom told us to order at the dri e through. After a 20 minute wait there we were told ice cream machine wasn't working either. read more

I don't have a Sonic Drive-In where I live. Maybe that's partly why my family and I like it so much. Perhaps people get bored and hyper critical when they have easy access to a place and/or eat their too often. Either way, to be honest, I expected it to have a higher rating than it currently does. We just went there for a lunch a few days ago and did not see, experience, or consume anything short of a 4 star meal. The staff were fast & friendly, the place was reasonably clean, they got our order right, the food was very good for a fast food place, and the prices were right in line with what one would expect. What else could someone possibly want in a drive-in burger joint that also offers hot dogs and chicken? All I know is my kids loved it and I did too. read more

Sonic is said to be open until 11 but I went around 9 and the weren't doing ice cream, onion rings, and their slushy machines were off for the night. I understand that they are short staff at this time however at this point what are they selling. I can't imagine it is very profitable to pay the staff they do have if they aren't actually able to sell anything on the menu. read more

Service is super friendly, food is amazing--especially the strawberry shakes and onion rings!

Burgers were good but the chicken an fries an tots were crap. Hate it when they serve you old dried out food

Closes at 11:00pm, however when ordering ice cream they said the machine was "broken" at 10:23pm. Sounds like an easy excuse to clean earlier. Bad on their part. read more

I wish I could've said it was a good experience, but it wasn't... asked for a blue raspberry slush and it came out with no blue coloring at all and looked green... ??? Also; got another slush in a medium, they brought it out in a small... ‍ read more

Horribly place. Waited 40 mins for one MINI slushee. Said they were bringing my order out and never did. I had to call them and tell them what I ordered and they didn't even apologize. Take your business somewhere else! read more

Come here to eat on a hot summer day! Lemonades, limeades and shakes on the menu and they frequently add new things to try! They keep footlong hotdogs on the menu year round which is a nice snack sometimes. Don't forget to tip the car hops!! read more

Pit stop for lunch was quick for the most part other then forgetting condiments with order. The new features provided are neat. Lines are longer via drive through then drive up. Over all service is getting better at the west side location. Good could of been a tad bit hotter then when revived over all recommend read more

First time using the app to place an order. Arrived at the time it said my food would be ready. Pulled into a stall as directed. Entered the information on what stall I was in. It showed that I was there after about 2-3 minutes it said "KJ is on their way out with my order". A couple of minutes of waiting my order got cleared out. I pressed the red button they said "go through drive thru. I said ok, I'm just here to pick up my order". The girl responded with yeah, go through the drive thru. It has now been 22 minutes since arriving and am still behind cars in the line. What is the point of ordering through the app when it is not any easier or convenient?!? read more

They were quick to take our order. But waited 40 minutes and no food came out. 7 people went through drive through and others sitting and waiting got there food as well. Cancelled order with never go to one again after that. Would not recommend if you actually want your food. read more

Fries were 5 degrees above room temperature, burger was a waterfall of mustard, the tomato on my burger was trying to impale me, and the mello yello was just not there. So over all it was overpriced hot garbage, actually it was overpriced lukewarm garbage read more

I have a friend that works there, that just had a baby not even two months ago. For her to be going back to work this early in the first place is incredible enough. But the fact that they are not understandable about it, and won't let her go to her baby whenever she NEEDS to is just ridiculous. She's only 15 years old. And the way they reacted to me over the phone when I was explaining that something very important came up and that I couldn't babysit for her this manager I think named craig was beyond rude and also hung up on me. read more

Best milkshakes ever. Thick, and creamy. Go get one (Oreo cheesecake is my favorite), and are cheap at happy hour!!

Came through Drive-thru around 10:20pm and was told by a worker that they were not taking anymore orders on drive-thru for the night. To go around and wait on the speaker drive up, we rang the button 3times and was never helped. After a 15 minute wait and a very upset wife and two hungry kids, we decided to go elsewhere. Very disappointed with the whole experience. read more

The worst customer service I have ever had but the food was good i wouldn't recommend if you have a weak heart because of the people and the food is very greasy and can literly kill you if u eat it to much the staff made fun of me for trying to quit smoking read more

I will give them a 1 because there isn't a 0. I had the new croissant wiener with cheese and bacon. YUCK! Nothing light and flaky about that bun, total crap, should come with choking hazard on the box. I ordered the wiener and a chocolate fudge shake but didn't get the shake because Kevin wasn't paying attention. It wasn't rush hour either, it was like 1:15 or so. They might have good drinks,I don't know, I didn't get one, thanks Kevin you idiot. The service was fast. read more

I wanted a slushie but they gave me a little bit of slushie on the top and the rest was sugar water. They basicly ruined something that i love THANKS ALOT SONIC read more

Started out not so good. Excessive wait times and when the food came out it was wrong. However, after asking for a refund and to speak with the manager all was made right. The night manager ( blonde with glasses) was exceptionally nice and understanding. She went out of her way to make things right. I will be back! read more

There was a long wait but the staff was amazing. Richard was super helpful and his service was outstanding. Would definitely come here again because I felt like I was a priority. Thanks again, Richard! read more

Long wait, but the man who took our order and brought it out was super nice! Thanks Richard!

Fun and nostalgic. Food is ok. Shakes are yummy.

Mine and my boyfriends chicken was dry as f**k. The lettuce spilled out everywhere and was not even on the sandwich. It was literally just a dry chicken breast on a bun. Never going back. read more

My husband and I ate here just to try it out. It's nice that they have outdoor seating and that it is an old-fashioned experience to order from your car and have someone bring it to you on roller skates. The food is ok, but it's nothing you couldn't make yourself. The shake was excellent, but at Dairy Queen you get more candy in a Blizzard. read more

Over price on drink add on compare to other sonics for was not the they have to offer either.

Terrible service. A group of 10 friends and I went to sonic on a Friday night. The resteraunt seemed average-ly busy for a weekend, however it took 50 just to order our food. By the time our food arrived (just shakes) it had taken an hour. We had repeatedly been hung up on when we placed a call to order. Horrible service and wait time for only average quality shakes. Just go to McDonald's or DQ and get the same thing in a fraction of the time. read more

In the past 3 months, on 3 different occasions, I would pull up to the drive in speaker. The cars that had already had orders would get their things and leave. I would sit there for 10 or more minutes until someone would come out and give me some excuse of why the speaker was not working. While waiting for the clueless employees to realize that there was a line of people waiting, cars would drive away in frustration. While the food is good, this location needs some serious looking at. read more

we were sitting at the drive up menu for 30 minutes and then they told us to move to the drive thru for no reason. it was very aggravating

Service was good. Food was hot. Price was high but did get a ton of fries. Had to get out of my truck to order as the pay section was too low. Parking lot was dirty. read more

Sorry to say but no one should be treated the way I was here. They are absolutely unprofessional and beyond rude...some drive in huh?! I ordered a burger and it was missing a topping and was ice cold, next it came back after I complained and it didn't have any of the main toppings on it. I took it back in myself and complained and caught the Cook complaining about me and the manager having attitude that stunk so bad! I'd be embarrassed to be her! If you can't stand that line of work get out! I'm a paying costumer who wants good food and good service...plus she never apologized or offered me anything after three complaints. Never going back there again and I would never recommend it. read more

I use the app to order ahead many times and it says 5 to 7 minutes. I normally give them about 15 minutes to have to ready. Then when I get their I will have to wait about 15 to 20 after I order. Almost every time I order I get under $20 dollars worth of food and drink. Then after I check about 5 to 10 they say they are coming to my car then they never show up. Then I ask a employee to check on my Order then I wait at least 5 minutes or more to check on my order. Most of the time it is 20 minutes to get my order. I would give 0 stars if I could. Then another day I order a ice cream and slushy on the app and waited 15 minutes and the worst part was a guy walked up to to order a drink and got it before I got mine. I tried to talk to a employee and the never stopped when I asked for them and i finely had to talk to the manger she got me my things I ordered. But in any other business they would do something to help the customer want to go back and spend money. The manager on duty never did any but lie to my face about trying to say next time it will be better but every time I go and they never get any better it seems it gets worse every time. So from now on I will not be going to sonic to order food or even order on the app. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My wife and I stopped here to grab dinner because we had been driving for hours. We ordered our food and were told part of our order would take 10 minutes because it wasn't already made. No problem! We waited and waited. The guy at the window was standoffish and wasn't paying attention the entire time we were ordering, but I shrugged it off. Some people aren't meant to work with people. Then another car came, full of cheerleaders who started honking and called one of the workers over. They let the cheerleaders go into the drive through doors into the kitchen and proceeded to ignore us. Still waiting.. finally we were given our bag, not told anything. They went back to talking to the cheerleaders. We waited. They opened the window, clearly annoyed we were still there. We asked " is this all of it?" They said yeah, clearly not interested and still focused on cheerleaders. We finally got to where we stopped for the evening. I opened the bag and noticed half our food wasn't in the bag. The food we had to wait 20 minutes for wasn't in the bag. I went back and picked it up, they gave a bullshit "we're sorry." Maybe if these kids were more focused on their jobs instead of hooking up with cheerleaders this Sonic wouldn't have the worst service or the shittiest attitudes. If they don't start changing shit, especially looking at these other reviews, they won't have any business coming in much longer. read more

used to love sonic, my boyfriend and i go often but as i am sitting here at the moment, we had to wait 15+ minutes for our order, 2 items were incorrect and the guy who brought it to us said that what we ordered was gone , so why did they not say this when it was ordered to begin with? didn't bother giving us napkins or our receipt on top of that, last time we came here it was like 10:15 and they told us they closed at 10 that night. it sucks that we don't want to come here anymore because it's full of a bunch of kids who think they deserve more than $7 an hour. read more
