Never had bad service here. I love the window art at this location. Last few times they were out of items we ordered which is disappointing.

So I have had several occasions to swear off visiting this Sonic throughout the last year. I like to have cherries added to my drinks, there is an extra charge of $0.50 for this. I very rarely get the added cherries. I've even asked if the checker ties were added and been told yes only to find that they added syrup. I'm not good at all with that level of sweetness, it makes my drink nasty. So I no longer ask for my drink to be made the way I want it. Now today I ordered a drink in the mobile app because I was in a hurry. When I pulled into the stall the place was packed. I waited 20 minutes and finally push the button to explain that I couldn't wait any longer. The server asked if they could help. I explained that I realized they were busy but that I ordered ahead because I was in a hurry. She had no solution so I told them to keep the drink since it was already paid for it. The person just thanked me and hung up. Really no refund no iou no explanation why it would take over 30 minutes to serve a simple drink, no hey come yo the drive thou and we'll get it for you. This Sonic is 2 minutes from my house so I hate that the service is so bad, but I'm now done. read more

At 5:10 Pm On Thursday March 6, I Went To The Drive Thru Sonic At Pines Road. I Waited 10 Minutes For Someone To Answer...Never Happen. At One Point Before I Drove To The Drive Through Window, I Could Hear A Lot Of Giggling & Laughing Through The Intercom From Inside But Still Nothing. I Then Drove To The Window. After Getting To The Window There Was A Young Guy There. While Looking Directly At Me He Closed The Window & Walked Away. Not Thinking He's Not Coming Back I Waited. 5 Minutes Went & I Knocked On The Window. He & Another Female(Who Was Obsessively Texting On Her Phone) Looked At Me Without Any Help. Being I Was The Only Person At The Drive Thru I Stayed Until Finally The Same Guy Comes To The Window. I Say To Him I Was At The Drive Thru Order Menu For 10 Minutes With No Response. He Says I Know WE WERE BUSY. I Stated I've Been At The Drive Thru Window For 10 Minutes. He Says YEAH I KNOW...I SAW YOU! He States We're Short Handed So I'M BUSY...WHAT YOU NEED!?! I Told Him Absolutely Nothing From You At This Point! He Closes The Window! I Called My Company To Inform Them Of The Situation So They Can Make A Report. For Me To Hire These Young People Is 1 Thing Because You Can Teach Them The Business If They're Open To It But It's Another Thing To Hire Any With No Sense Of Professionalism & Keen Social Skills. Rudeness, Nastiness & Pettiness Has No Place In Business That Contact With People Is Their Business. I Use To Go To These Restaurants In My Earlier Years But Not Anymore Personally Just For My Line Of Work! I'll Never Take An Order From Sonic Again. The Atmosphere Is Not Warm Nor Inviting. Ever since the current franchise owner has taken over this location it has been awful. Tonight I had hard bread on my breakfast toaster that I couldn't even chew it was so hard. They've lost my online order before then when I wanted my money back it magically appeared. I'm done with this Sonic for good. read more

I've never felt the need to leave a Yelp review before so this is the first time. There is always something whenever we eat here, but it hasn't been so bad that we've said, "Ok, no more of that Sonic." Sometimes the drinks are off and it was forgivable, but today just took the cake. I should partly blame myself for not checking my order and assuming that because one was right, the other should be too. This isn't the first time I've gotten my order wrong, but absolutely everything about it was wrong today. I ordered a number two with only cheese, mayo, and mustard with tots and a Blue Raspberry Nerds slush. What I got was a number one with everything, fries, and what tastes like an Ocean Water with nerds and popping candy. I love Sonic's burgers, but if I can't enjoy it the way I want it then what's the point of giving them my money for something else?
