We put an order in online and the app didn't work. Every time this happens they give us our order the same price as it would be on the app. We asked if the would honor their policy, and the worker said "The the app wasn't down and they had just got an order in." We responded with "The app says 'error we are experiencing technical difficulties try again later.'" The worker the proceeded to catch an attitude and argue say that "it wasn't down." We responded with "Then why does it say error." She began to argue again so we just left without anything. read more

This place is awesome but I have something to say. Y'all better start listening to that door dash commercial and start working!!! I went there one time, There was this one 16-year-old girl working! I am fed up with this frickin' I-don't-have-to-work-because-I'm-getting-paid-for-no-reason attitude! I LOVE this place and they are gonna go out of business cause of y'all not working. I want this place to stay open and y'all, I'm not kidding. Stop what you are doing right now and start frickin' working. Call me a Karen if you want to, but at least just get your butt off the couch and do something. Please don't make fun of me. Service was amazing. Food tastes amazing and looks exactly how it looks on the screen. Our server Regan was extremely nice and hardworking.

One business off main street, but you can see it from down the road. Looks new, covered and uncovered stalls. No drive thru. Nice people and fast service. Good drinks, they have 1% chocolate milk. read more

This place sucks. Can't order because half the stalls are OoO. Pulled into one that was not marked OoO, but it didn't work. I just left and drove to hernando where they know how to run a business. I will avoid the Senatobia sonic AT ALL COSTS. read more

They got my order wrong and it was already melted by the time we had it second of all half the stalls aren't working third there service is horrible I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

They never have ice cream. Sonic is a milk shake place! They are short staffed so they can't do ice cream but you can make a burger?

Asked for a foot long coney and got the small one instead. Most of the stalls are out of order and whoever runs the place seems too cheap to get them fixed. Worst Sonic I've been to. read more

Very very poor. Not only did I have to go to 3 different stalls because of the equipment was broke, but by the time my food finally did come out it was barely room temperature, slightly cold. I wish I would have just ate ramen noodles at the house. At least then I would have not paid$11+ for a cold meal. read more

Sonic. It's American Fast Casual & a drive-in restaurant. It's one of the mainstays of the community not unlike your average fast food restaurant. That being said, it's convenient, quick & affordable. The sodas are the best in town. And let's not forget their famous "rabbit food" ice! read more

The service isn't the best. and i know it can be hectic now .But there is no reason why my food is always burnt if i wanted burnt food i'd let my sister cook. my drink always has ice in it when i ask for there to be no ice or i'll ask for lemonade and comes back with whatever the world this pink stuff is. This is the absolute worst sonic ever. Save your time and money and skip this rude nasty place. We arrived on our latest visit at 10:08 pm. When we pulled in, the staff was taking out trash and cleaning. We pulled into a stall and decided what to have, mind you that we came only for the half priced shakes after 8 pm. My husband pushes the button somewhere around 10:12, we wait, the manager is right by the answer machine. He doesnt even respond. We waited and waited and there were other people waiting as well. We tried pulling around to the other side and were finally told at 10:27 they were closed... Online it says they didn't close until 11. To hell with that place and just so you know there are reviews on Google stating there is hair always in the food. I've been forgotten once before and then also had orders messed up repeatedly. Ok well I spoke to soon about this place being one of a few places to eat in Senatobia. Tonight my husband picked up a crispy chicken sandwhich. It was crispy alright the bun on both sides were completely burnt. We called the manager or someone who said her name was Carrie who knows how its spelled and who cares because they obviously don't care that the customer wants thier order done right the first time no refunds no redos just give us our food that we pay our money for... We work hard all day we dont want to spend our time returning our food or going back into our cars and going back to get said food. Its called professionalism... Its called respect... Can we get our food they way its supposed to be the first time? No I dont want my money back. No i dont want to drive back to get a refund i just won't be back at all. I suggest all customers do the same... We have a voice and its the all mighty green dollar... Dont go giving these places a second chance! The girl taking our order was rude and kept cutting us off while ordering. Then my food came out completely wrong. When we tried to ask them for a replacement, she cut us off again and never brought the food out. We were there for at least 30 minutes. I'm sorry for ranting, but this has been going on there for a while. I don't know what has changed, but lately the food & service there has been awful like this. read more

I used to love Sonic, but the last three times I have went here the service has been horrible. I went by before the lunch rush today and it took me 10 minutes just to get a large drink. The card reader wasn't working so I dug out exact change and paid for my drink when it finally arrived. Then the teenage girl who brought my order just stood there looking at me. I looked back out the window and asked if there was anything else and she mumbled something about working for tips and started to walk off. I don't normally yell at people especially children, but I told her I worked at a casino and lived off tips, but if she expected me to tip her for bringing me a drink 10 minutes after I ordered it she was crazy. Before this i had a long wait then found out my order was wrong when I got back home. Before that the same thing plus attitude when I went back to get my order fixed. I am guessing Charlie the owner doesn't have much to do with the place like he did before because the service really sucks now. read more
