This place is awful, hear me out its a company problem corporate or whoever doesn't care for their employees so they don't give a crap about customers, therefore creating problems like this. 4 times I've been here 4 times they've ruined something and have had terrible service each time. I went here for popcorn chicken one time through drive-through and they had me pull over for 10 minutes for it like just tell me if you don't have it ill leave. Second time was a combo. Squished sandwich. Undercooked and unsalted taters, and coffee with way to much ice like more ice than drink, but it tasted fine. Third time was a espresso shake, women was very confused as to what I was trying to order at speaker when there are ads literally on the building about it. I have to tell them the order again at window because they forgot it I guess? I get shake, it isn't mixed at all I stir to see bottom its just raw espresso so the whole shake is very bitter (threw it away). Final chance here I give em, I get a cold brew mocha like last time, same problem with speaker except guy is snarky and obviously not listening have to repeat 4 ish times. Come to find out he didn't even give the order to the other people because again I have to regive them order at window. I asked for less ice at speaker so I have to ask again at window so I literally sit their watching the women strain the ice out of the coffee than she filled the missing volume with TAP WATER!! I just give her a nasty plus confused face and leave. Taste as expected nasty and watery. Taste worst than coffee pot coffee with ice in it. So ya this place is sooooo bad worst experience ever at a establishment. read more

OMG I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it really sucked! The chicken was dry like it was heated up from the day before. The onion rings were nice and crispy but were a bit sweet, gross! My daughter ordered the double bacon burger and fries and she said it was alright but it really didn't have a lot of flavor. No thanks Sonic but we'll go out of our way to a more decent burger place. read more

I got a burger and it was not warm at all, the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked them to fix it the brought me a hot burger. Fast forward a few hours and I have food poisoning! Stay far far away from this Sonic unless you want to end up in the er with an IV!!! read more

The SLOWEST Sonic I have ever been to. Went there after 8pm for their half off shakes. It took 30 minutes to get an oreo shake and coconut cream. Which the employee gave us spoons but no straws and she didn't have napkins. They are understaffed for sure. While we were waiting, we just saw one employee serving outside the entire time. read more

I've never had a WORSE experience at a fast food restaurant. The order had to be repeated four times and it was still wrong. When I got to the window, the ENTIRE order still didn't even match the incorrect order that was read back to me at the speaker. I was given the food for the customer behind me, and after watching me physically touch the other customers food, they still asked for it back, I hope they didn't actually give that to those people behind me. I had to ask for MY order piece by piece, and give drinks back because even the drinks were wrong! Then, I was didn't think she ran my card, so I asked her to check and she assured me she had run it. Sonics is usually a place we can go and get fast food and some great drinks. Lately the service at this particular sonic's has been less than great. Can the employees be a little more alert and a little less lethargic? I swear that bringing the right amount of drinks to a customer should not be hard especially if it's only three drinks. I was visited three times by one of the car hops because she forgot a drink and then she forgot to bring me the correct amount of straws. It was the longest experience of my life and this has been happening A LOT!!! I might just drive down to Fountain or Academy to get my Sonics fix next time. read more

This sonic in particular has always been pretty good. The food comes out warm, the staff aren't rude, however the experience I had earlier tonight was unbelievable. I ordered at about 7:30 at night and got my food about ten minutes after I ordered. The person who took my order was incredibly easy to understand and said her name was haven. She made sure everything I was ordering was exactly what I had wanted and even read back what she had on the order to ensure everything was perfect. My food was brought out by ryan and he made our experience even better before and after bringing our food out. He came out multiple times to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and with whatever delays and a precise reason why and asked if there was anything he could get us in the waiting time. When we got our food most of it was hot but some wasn't and I asked if we could get whatever wasn't made fresh, which he did without any questions after saying it may take just a few minutes. After that our experience had no issues and during our visit ryan was grinning the entire time. Its always a joy to see when workers aren't depressed! read more

Four stars for the wings! Had the BBQ and they are great! I like their onion rings too. They are slow and unorganized but this one is close to home, so always go to get the half price shakes in the summer and they always get my order right, so just don't go in a hurry...up until the wings, I didn't care for any of their food but they got me on the wings! read more

Wish I could give this place 0 stars couldn't even get 2 strawberry limeade drinks made right one didn't have any limes and tasted like crap and the other one had one baby lime it was a route 44 and wasn't good either. Drive back and got my money back never been back. read more

At the drive-thru the employee couldn't get our order correct and instead of saying "I'm sorry ma'am" the employee says, "my bad" repeatedly. Called to speak to a manager to tell them about this issues and Hannah the girl who answered said she was the manager and the same person who was eating while she was making our food. Wait another 5 minutes and finally they ask our order doeant acknowledge us again after we finish ordering. Pull up to wait another 5 munutes to be told at the window that the didn't hear our order. So today I was in security, and got the urge for a some fast food...the nearest burger joint was Sonic. I hadn't eaten at Sonic in nearly 10 years so I decided to chow down! The drive-thru moved quickly, and the staff was friendly. I pulled into the nearest parking lot to wreck my #3 combo...my first thought was WTF! My burger and fries were room temperature at best, and the quality of ingredients was even more disappointing. I can remember in the late 80's my family would drive all the way to pueblo to have lunch at Sonic...(before they opened a springs location) but I can honestly say I wouldn't drive a block for the food I was served today! What happened to Sonic? It really pains me to leave a bad review for this place, but I'm hoping that possibly the owner/manager occasionally checks yelp reviews and makes some much needed adjustments to the food quality. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because my chocolate malt was terrific. C'mon Sonic you can do better than this! read more

Calling this place fast food is a joke!! I ordered chicken strips, that according to the manager takes 5.5 minutes to make, but was forced to sit in the drive through line for 20 minutes. There were not any customers ahead of me, as their orders were handled before my order was even taken. I would have left except the RUDE teenagers had already taken my money and there was not an adult in the store for me to deal with!! The service at this location has always been bad, but it continues to decline. We have black listed this location, and will never return due to this! Customer service is an important issue for me, and this store has none. I would give it 0 stars if I could. read more
