I ordered on the app, just a shake and a drink. I was waiting for a good 15 minutes after checking in on the app, (I usually go to the Aquarena Springs Dr location and the service is very fast). I pressed the button just to check in and make sure the check in had worked because I didn't see the confirmation on the screen, and the woman who answered was very rude. Her tone was extremely irritable. "Ok, so ma'am, I have 15 cars in line for order pickups and only one car hop, I'm doing the best I can." Anytime I come here it's frustrating. Made the mistake of not checking the location of the Sonic before I placed my DoorDash order. I always avoid this place if I can and head to the Sonic on Aquarena instead. This Sonic is so frustrating and unhelpful. Poorly run. They left out the $5 mozzarella sticks from my order and when I reached out over the phone for reimbursement they said I should just "come to the store whenever and get free mozzarella sticks." There's no way to guarantee that? Or do y'all just make so many mistakes you start to just assume any complaint a customer has is valid? Literally go ANYWHERE else!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Almost every time I come to the sonic because it's close and convenient to me. They always seem to mess up my order every time. Today I stopped by and ordered food for my family and myself and the way it was over 45 minutes long and then when they brought out my food only brought half my food out. I had to tell the car what was missing and he said OK then 5 minutes later another person came out and asked what I was missing and I told him he said OK I got you boss. After i told them what was missing five minutes later a girl name Cindy brought up my food instead of anything else was missing let them know at this point I was very frustrated and ready to go home to take the food to feed my family when I go home and check the remaining balance of my food my son's popcorn chicken was still missing so now my wife went back to the store to explain what was wrong and why I was so frustrated. read more

The person over the intercom was very rude when I asked for updates about our meal and he repeatedly told us it was on the way when it wasn't. I had the WORST experience ever at this location. It took almost an hour for me to get my food. When I spoke to the MOD he blamed me for the wait saying that me moving stalls was an issue. At first there was no parking so I ordered at the patio then a space opened up. I called again and let them know that Moved and they were okay with that. When he gave me the food he literally had the nerve to give me COLD FOOD. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I would rather drive a little further out to the other sonic In town than to wait an hour for my cold food. I absolutely love sonic but this is ridiculous. Service and food can be a bit variable on occasion as with all Sonics. Also, this franchise doesn't always run the same same Sonic specials as the others in San Marcos. It is now 10:50pm and still my order is not out. Being that they close in 10 minutes I would assume that they would have it out faster but who knows. Worst Sonic I've ever been to. I love the Sonic breakfast burritos, but this is the third times they've just left out an entire ingredient. First was tater tots, second and third time they didn't put any sausage in my sausage burrito. Once is a fluke, twice is a coincidence, but three times takes the cake. I would go and just order a burger instead, but they might forget to put the patty between the buns. The audacity of this sonic. I came into this sonic today to grab some quick popcorn chicken and a large Fanta. While ordering I thought to myself what about a slushy? So I ask the girl do y'all have Fanta slushies? Not just orange slushies but slushies made with legit Fanta flavoring. Fanta has always been my favorite soda of choice and I know the difference. So excited as ever I receive my popcorn chicken and Fanta slushy and take one big gulp. And it taste like an ORANGE CRUSH slushy! All I wanted to know is the truth!
