I waited 20 minutes for a Diet Coke with only 2 cars ahead of me. Not my first bad experience but this one really got me frustrated because any other sonic would bring out the soda and take the payment. It was not busy so they made a choice to not bring it out or move the car that took 20 minutes into a stall . There is a reason why this sonic has so many poor reviews. First thing the app is continuously broken after taking your time to complete your order you go to checkout and either it says"technical difficulties " . Try placing order in store apparently you can't order some of the items in store only on the app, but the app is down and the cashier doesn't know which items are available in which are not. Also, she was not able to add or remove items from my burger because the items were not on her screen. She tried for several minutes. I gave up and left with no food. Sonic management fix your apps if you're begging us to use them and hire more people, there's nobody at the front counter. Parking and stalls are taken care of but that's not the issue. Placed a mobile order at 2:25 and said it was ready at 2:31. This is the first sonic that has indoor services. I thought that was a plus to eat and stay cool. I must say the service extremely suck to the max. I'm still sitting here waiting for my order. so once again, I am writing, a negative review, of this SONIC location. I ordered my food through and it said it would be ready in approximately five minutes. and when I pulled into the stall, it did say my order was ready, which was about seven minutes from my drive away from my house. It took another 15 minutes to bring me my food. Apparently, when saying my order was ready it was not because they had not finished my chicken wraps. This is not the first time this has happened with these chicken wraps. this SONIC should have come out and informed me of this fact before I hit the button on there order screen to get their attention. Another problem with them being late with my order is everything was cold. Now I expect some lots of temperature driving from the restaurant to my house. But I do not expect the french fries to be hard as a rock. I felt like I was literally chewing on pebbles, eating the first of my french fries. Every piece of my order was cold, including the chicken wraps delayed the order because they were being made fresh, this is unacceptable. My order was also missing one of these chicken wraps that I had ordered. Instead of four I only received three. This location has been very, very disappointing over the last month or so. I'm willing to let most slide. I mean, if I'm missing a free tater not worried about that but when I'm missing a sandwich that I paid for and all of my meal is cold that is not cool., and but not least on this review, upon that were I attempted to call the store. I have tried nine times over the last 20 minutes to reach the store to lodge my complaint so I can hopefully get if not a refund at least my food replaced at some other time. Eating a cold hotdog is gross reheating it makes it even worse now imagine that with fries and chicken wraps that we're supposed to be fresh cold as the rest of my order. I do not like leaving negative reviews but I have yet to write a positive one for this location. We go here because we like SONIC and it's the only one that's less than five minutes away from where we live. If I have to, I will take my business to the Hemet store and drive an extra 20 minutes to get my food.
