This place SUCKS!!! It SUCKS on service! It SUCKS on convenience! And it SUCKS on customer service!!! They made me feel like a bother, and were rude!! I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes, then moved up to the window, there for another 3 minutes before being noticed!! I made my order but also wanted a milkshake, they were cleaning it, I. The middle of business????? I would have went somewhere else but this was for my sister who's in the nursing home and this is what she REALLY WANTED!!!! I asked do I not get a receipt, he said, oh yea, ran his card through the machine, stood there ran his card again, then went over to a table, I just left!!! Enough is enough!!! It SUCKS!!! what the heck is it with Fast Food restaurants anymore? A burger meal costs as much as a steak dinner in a sitdown restaurant, and if you ask for sauce for your chicken tenders, they charge you .50 a piece for them. They used to be considered part of the chicken meal, but not anymore. I think these folks have gotten to greedy for their own sake and forgot if we little people, who keep these places in business stop coming in to order $10 burgers, they will soon be out of business. read more

Why does Sonic in Pampa struggle so bad. The service and quality is lackluster at best. They put as much effort into working as they do in school. None... Management doesn't even hold them accountable or even to any standard. They really don't even deserve the one star that's mandatory for the review. Gas station food has more effort and care put into it. A majority of the staff won't make it much further than Sonic with the attitude and work ethic they present faithfully. The one or two that are good workers are probably burned out from their lesser quality peers. Sonic, do better, teach your staff and hold them to a higher standard than you currently do! read more

I went through the drive through and asked for a large sprite, a #1 and a large ocean water. They asked if I wanted a large fry when I said Large Sprite and I said no. Then I went to the window they gave me my ocean water and gave me my food and I said I ordered a large sprite and the lady says oh I'll ring that up for you. Your total is 3 bucks I'm like instead of listening you decided to do what you wanted to do, and put a large fry and tried to charge me for your mistake!! read more

Went the Sonic in Pampa Sunday evening. It was very busy. I tried to order thru the kiosk, but the young lady who took the order either couldn't hear or didn't care. She took part of my order, gave me a total, and clicked off. She didn't let me finish. So, I drove away and placed my order online. When I placed the order and went to a Stahl. When I checked in, it said my food would arrive in 5-7 months. I waited 20 minutes and my food was all cold. This isn't the first time I have had problems here. It is a shame nobody cares about the customers. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Fast Food Near Me - Pampa, Texas

My family ~loves~ Sonic, but not this Sonic! I have been to Sonic's in AR, MO, OK & TX, but I've never been to a Sonic that is as bad as this one. YIKES! I'm not sure why their employees are so clueless? Maybe they aren't trained? Whatever the reason, this Sonic has horrible customer service! Also, this Sonic is soooooooooooo slow!! It doesn't matter what you order, if you pull into one of their stalls you can count on it being at least 15 minutes or more before you ever receive your order. Yesterday, against my better judgement, we pulled into a stall and ordered 3 different combos. Pretty simple, huh? Haha, you would think so, but you would be wrong! Everything was repeated back to me and showed up on the display board correctly, but when "Uriel" brought out our order, everything was wrong! Two of our combos were supposed to be upgraded to "Large" instead of medium, but only one combo was Large. One combo was supposed to be a cheeseburger with mayo only, but it arrived "plain", with no mayo. The popcorn chicken combo was a medium, but they delivered a Large drink with it; which we did not want, but at least we weren't charged for a Large drink! We also asked for Ranch dressing with the popcorn chicken, but we didn't receive any, even though Uriel assured us it was inside the sack. Uriel did not bring a drink holder even though we had three beverages and when we asked about it, he wasn't interested in bringing us a drink holder. He had absolutely no idea what any of our drinks were and even asked me to taste them! LOL Anyway, I have FINALLY learned my lesson and I will ~not~ be back to this Sonic for any reason whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will just get my Sonic fix when I'm in Amarillo, TX or OK City. read more
