Sometimes it better to get a snack before grocery shopping! We use the app and take advantage of the deals they offer! It's quick, hot and delicious! Our carhop was on skates, which, c'mon! Great staff. Friendly staff. The car hops are on skate... You don't see that too much. Quick food & drink delivery. I used the app and was able to get 1/2 off my drink; how cool is that? Ordering ahead is way cool. The process is EASY PEASY!!! Got me some tots and a drink and they were delivered in a very timely manner. And great to the taste. Clean facility. I generally like a sonic sandwich, I bought the griller sandwich which had the makings of a good burger, but the staff messed it all up. The burger was slopped together bread press to pieces and fixing all out the burger. I normally dont write reviews but had to for this. Official review 1.5 stars. We all came here for a quick lunch before heading out of town. As we were ordering at the outside sit down menu kiosks, the staff inside couldn't get one of our orders correct. We asked for condiments which didn't come, and the one order was incorrect, and s whole combo forgotten that was ordered. Are the staff sleeping? I understand the help is high schoolers but come on. At least act like you like your job!! Also, the kiosk card swipe did not work so couldn't pay till later, not a big thing but still not convenient. It's sad as people are eating and done in our party and others can't even get their sandwich yet. Overall, I love sonics! But this location should shut down, management revamped and steak n' shake should come in! Otherwise, avoid unless you want slow service, and cold food. read more

I never did like sonic. I came here...still dont like it LOL The burger had way too many diced onions on it. They were big pieces that tainted my breath and taste buds for several hours afterwards. My milkshake was supposed to be a cookie dough shake but it barely had any cookie dough in it. It was also pretty watery. The fries I had were cold a bit soggy as well. Again, I dont like sonic. I only ate here because it was the first fast food place we saw that was open late. read more

Sonic hasn't changed a bit after 7-8 years of never even driving the the parking lot due to the disappointment in the food! Half of my order 80% of the time, #4 without the meat "just 2 buns, drink & short crispy fries OMG really! How about I order a Texas toast chicken sandwich but I can't get it because they are "OUT OF TOAST"! Just a side note for a burger joint NEVER RUN OUT OF BREAD! I have tried this place a year ago and it took 30 min for a mini blast (literally was almost fully melted)and a large coke and I swore I would never go back. We decided to stop by tonight since we have been traveling all day and it was the only place open. We pull up press the button and it took a few minutes which is fine but then the girl says sorry press the button in 5 min and I'll take your order... what?! So I was like maybe it was a mistake so we pressed the button again and got the same exact response... what had happened to customer service?! We decide to pull to a different stall and our order was taken right away. We definitely will not be going back to this sonic. Every time I have ever been it's been a problem and the employees complain about how overworked they are and they can't seem to keep people. Time to get rid of the current management and bring in someone who knows how to manage people. read more

We were all starving and looking for a place that served burgers. I really wanted Wendy's but my daughter did not want to turn around and go back the other way so we went on over the bridge past the casinos and I knew there was a Burger King over there but forgot all about the Sonic!! Yes, we all thought, this is much better. Frankly, I believe Burger King would have been better and I KNOW Wendy's would have been better but it filled us all up late at night. I hated passing by the Travelodge where David and I stayed once. I cannot help but looking dead at the door of our room (second from the back on the bottom floor I remember the exact one in which we stayed) every time I pass by there. Going to have to quit crossing that bridge so probably won't be going back to this Sonic ever again. Wasn't worth it anyway. read more

I've been to this location a few times and the food is good but there's a server who on two occasions asked if I needed anything else and I told here that I wanted my remaining money back after paying her. I guess she assumed it was her tip. She replied "oh yes I was going to give it back to you after you told me if you needed anything else." I eat at Sonic multiple times a week. Tonight I ordered food at 11:20, jumbo chicken with tots and a sweet tea. But of course it's was later so they LIED and said they were OUT of tea which in my head means "we don't value our regular customers enough to brew a pot a while before we close." So I waited 25 minutes for my food when I got it at 11:45, I sat and ate my food for 5 minutes when all of the outside lights turned off and a server walked out and said "sorry about the lights we are getting ready to close" I check the schedule for the hours and they were open till 12. Am I the only one left in the world who thinks that false advertising is unethical? Don't be duped by Sonic's false advertising of half priced milkshakes after 8 pm. We stopped in last night and ordered three $2.59 milkshakes and got a ~$6.60 bill. The math didn't work so I asked and was told they charge 0.40 for every ingredient. I didn't add anything, I ordered the flavor directly from the menu. You know....the big menu that says "25 flavors of milkshake". Nowhere on the menu did it say flavors extra or some flavors extra or anything of the sort. There is a big banner at the top saying 25 flavors of milkshake and fine print that said see menu below for pricing. Menu below says nothing of adds, just $2.59 for a small shake. On a bright note the supervisor on duty was very professional and handled it very well. She apologized and refunded. The GM however says there is fine print somewhere on the passenger side menu (you know, the menu that you can't see from your driver's seat) that says some flavors may be extra. This is just very poorly thought out and somebody in Sonic's marketing needs to be fired. I want a straight forward menu and a business that charges me what the menu says they will charge me. I don't like surprises. Thanks Sonic, you made the decision easy on me. Tonight I'll go to McDonald's. read more
