Here we are again with another disappointing order from the local sonic. How do you send a bacon cheeseburger out with no bacon? Its literally the first word in the name . At first we thought it was the employees but after years of disappointing product from this establishment its very obviously the management. Wish I could leave zero stars! Absolutely disgusting food, and over cooked. Everything smells like dirty grease so bad that we refuse to eat any of it! The pickle fries were horrible and most didn't even have pickles in them and if they did they were super over cooked and stunk. read more

Very disappointed ordered two burgers and two diet cherry limeades. Got home, the grease was leaking out of the bag. We had to throw the buns away and use our own. The carbonation was out in the drinks so we poured them down the sink. I paid almost $20 for the meat and cheese, everything else was trashed. read more

Small town Sonic almost exclusively staffed by Kids that would rather yuck it up with each other than actually provide customer service. Food was average at best and never shows up looking like the ads. Place does not look that clean and some of the staff have some real hygiene issues. read more

Workers were very unprofessional, they stood in a group and talked inside, we could see it through the window, the manager was very unprofessional. He would rather talk to the underage employees then do his job as a manager. What food we did get was wrong, we didn't get straws or condiments that we requested, The screen where we order was all busted and messed up. read more

My wife and I visited the sonic this evening 06/20/23 around 8:10 PM. BOGO so we figured we'd get a couple burgers. What a disappointment. The meat was as hard as a rock. If I had to guess, I would think it was from the 5 o'clock rush. the crew had it under a heat lamp, I'm assuming and served it to us. I will not be returning unless I get on early in the rush. That way I know my meat will not be like a rock. Caution, do not go there late in the evening. read more

Super disappointed with this place the last THREE times I have gone there they don't mix your blast they just put ice cream and sprinkle stuff on top...LAZINESS. The last time this happened I told the so called manager "jackie" that it wasn't right and she laughed and told me it was fine. Then I go today and they gift me Two unmixed blasts. If I wanted vanilla with toppings I'd save $2 and get that. Do better or atleast say that your mixing machine is broken. It's a typical Sonic. Food is okay, but definitely fast food and nothing special. 1 of the hot dogs we ordered came out cold. Ice cream was pretty meh, but the mini was pretty huge--so that's good I guess. Food meets the Sonic chain quality. Service is usually slow. I have been to better Sonics and worse Sonics.

Double check your food before you leave. My son and I waited an unusually long time for our meals, only to find out when we got home that our burgers were not made as requested (no tomato). Two stars since the food was warm, the drinks were cold and the service was fair. The time it took to get our meals, there's no reason they shouldn't have been done correctly. read more

They get your orders mixed up. To expensive. Slow. If you order a ice cream or milk shake it's always melted. They don't put the cherry on top of your drink always at the bottom. read more
