Had a "Buy a double Cheeseburger for 1/2 off " come up on my pop up on my Sonic app so I stopped by and ordered onion rings too. Brought home and I have to say I enjoyed the sandwich. Rings were fine, a bit greasy. I had stopped eating at this store because in the past I had stopped in on Tuesday's after 5pm to get " 1/2 off Cheeseburgers " and even though I went light on condiments or even skipped one of the 3, I would end up with really sloppy smothered sandwiches. Ill give them a try down the Road. read more

I order a redbull charger and I asked for EXTRA lime and EXTRA nerds and I got none of that in my drink!!

The WORST. Super slow and still had a 20 minute wait. If I hadn't ordered online and already paid I would have left.

The only complaint I have is the touch screens and card readers never work. I'm sure the carhops are missing out on tips because you can't swipe your card. Service is usually fast, food is good and staff is friendly. read more

Friday afternoon at 3:45 we stopped for a quick bite. We spent $18 on a #4 Bacon cheeseburger toaster with tots, and one bacon cheeseburger toaster. Gross is the nicest adjective I could use. Burgers were room temperature, tots were cold. The bacon was hard and greasy. I think there must have been BBQ sauce that was supposed to be inside the toaster but a large portion of it was on the bottom of the toaster making it very messy to eat. Know I know why they only have 1.5 stars out of 5. We will not be back. read more

The carhop named Destiny is very rude and does not have any customer service skills. If you give her the same attitude back she starts crying about being the only person working. She was very rude to my wife and didn't like me being rude back at her. She will write down your tag number on your way out. read more

Slow definitely not out in under 4 mins. My slinger was hard as a rock. Even tho I had to wait for it to be cooked fresh.... Frys where not salted and for the best part of it all. I asked for a refund when given my drink and this fat bitch wouldn't give it to me. So I didn't receive a refund or my ocean water. That I paid for. I will be calling Michael Thanks merdY or whatever your name is read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Lynn Haven, Florida

Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Others were also waiting with no service. Terrible service- why open!!!!!

This Sonics location is the worst in Bay County. The manager won't make nothing right and will argue with the customer, instead of fixing the issue at hand. read more

I never feel the need to leave a review but being in the industry I can't help it this time. The gentleman working was less than friendly sounding frustrated with my order when it was only 2 slushees and 1 peach tea (which I had to specify twice after made incorrectly) seemed like the BIGGEST inconvenience. Paid and tipped generously just to be disrespected as a patron is ridiculous. I not only apologized like it was my fault and over nice through his mistake that was completely ignored. Oh and, we were the ONLY people there. I get having a bad day but sheesh what gives?! read more

The lady at the window was shoving everything into my hands and less very rude. Not to mention the fact I asked for a hamburger because my father is deathly allergic to dairy, I also confirmed at the window it was a hamburger and not a cheeseburger. Got home and it had cheese. I honestly do not even know how they are still open they are so rude and very slow. read more

Have ate there a few times. They are so rude and if you have a complaint the Manager on shift is rude and will not listen to your issue. Like they do no wrong. You try to be nice and they turn hateful. Will not be going back. Only giving 1 star cause it will not let me give - 1 read more

First off this is the slowest Sonic ever. Should not take 20 minutes for 2 cokes. The last couple of times we got drinks, they tasted moldy. I don't think they are cleaning the drink machines. read more

The lady was very rude! Had a attitude and basically shoved the food and drink in the car.

Clean ur window! I quit coming bc I was afraid to see the inside. So literally waited a month and came back for a drinks to find the window even dirtier!!! read more

Sonic Drive-In - Disgusting!! Come on guys! - Burgers Near Me - Lynn Haven, Florida

Love this place. Always here. Service is great and food is bomb. The waits a tad long but what can you expect

I do not recommend this sonic what so ever. The past two times i have went they have forgotten something and i found a hair in my food. I ordered online and got the pickle fries, i drove off with my food they weren't in there. I went back and told them this and they said they knew and i could replace it with another side. So instead of taking care of the problem at the restaurant they decided to just hope i drove off and didn't come back. I went again tonight after that experience and got the cheese tots and there was a hair(not mine) in the tots. Thats just disgusting. read more

spent $8 on a blast just for them to not mix in anything. it was just ice cream with reeses in it. dairy queen is better than shit garbage.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. The staff is rude and are dirty (maybe not all). I ordered a simple order of 2 sweet teas, 1 raspberry sweet tea, & a small order of mozzarella sticks with ranch. I received 2 peach unsweetened teas, 1 raspberry unsweetened tea, and mozzarella sticks that were cold and with no ranch. The order was fixed... kinda. I got 2 unsweetened teas-- should have had 2 sweet teas. And I finally got my ranch after asking multiple times. This Sonic used to be nice, makes me sad that they've let it go. My family and I won't be returning. read more

I sat and waited for a drink, and only a drink for over 20 minutes. The entire time, I'm being told that they are getting items out as fast as they can, but the I'm watching the drive thru line moving fairly quickly. I've never had such poor service at a sonic before. read more

Such a good place to get half off drinks from 2-4! They also have their ice cream drinks and milkshakes half off after 8 pm! I love going here with my friends I Dont understand how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars. I definitely recommend coming here for the food too. My favorite is the crispy chicken sandwich read more

Horrible!! Honestly I'm surprised this Sonic is still open. I believe it's the name brand that is still bringing people. Every time I go there, I leave unsatisfied. Either my grilled cheese taste burnt, yet not even really grilled (how does that happen), or my order is wrong. One time (no lie) I asked for no lettuce on a sandwich and got it back and it had lettuce. I gave it back to them and it was like they brought out the same sandwich with lettuce and it went back in a total of three times and finally I asked for a manager. I will give it that he did apologize and gave us some stuff for the hassle but I still give this one are because the problem hasn't been fixed. Every time I go, they do not do something right. It's not that hard. read more

slow AF. literally no one in front of us at the window. long line of cars behind me. idk how many times i can say "hello??" before i drive off.. i just want some chicken.. read more

Honestly, i'm disappointed. the blasts had little to no toppings. my hot dog had a nerds candy piece in it. the tater tots were burnt to a crisp and tasted like grease. I expected more from this establishment. BUT our carhop was phenomenal. Edit: i decided to give this place another go. my second visit was worse than my first. one order was $5 and some change. the second order was $9 and some change...somehow our carhop put those totals together and charged $17. the math does not add up. she was given $26 and we only received $2.21 in change. me and my family will never return read more

The drive thru lady got my entire order wrong, the burger was one of the worst I've ever had, The fries were alright but they were very greasy, And the milkshake was liquidy read more

Sonic has improved a lot . The service was impeccable and fast. The carhops were pleasant and the person who took my order was very gracious even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted. All in all it was a great experience and I'm excited to go back especially for those half priced shakes after 8pm. If you are ever on the mood for something different try Sonic in Lynn Haven. read more

I came by there tonight with my buddy and y'all suck at customer service. You always forget as something. And when people complain you make excuses. Me and my friends aren't coming there anymore until y'all willing to take ownership of your mistakes. Fast food places think that word doesn't get around in a small town that your service sucks. we are really good customers and we probably won't be back because your service sucks read more

Very disappointed to say the least, sent my son to get 6 milkshakes and two cheeseburgers. He waited for over 25 minutes, which I get they are busy so no big deal. He gets to the window and pays the girl starts handing him the shakes he then ask for a drink carrier to which she states they are out of drink carriers. (They have been out for over a week) which I know because the last time I was there they didn't have any so I know they get trucks once a week so I figured they would have some or maybe have gotten some from a different Sonics in Bay county. Anyways the shakes tip in his truck. So I go up there and ask for the manager (Josh) I explain what happened he says he is going to call the General Manager and goes inside, another guy (Jervis ?)comes out and ask me "What's the problem" so I explain to him what happened I also suggested telling people when they order that they are out of carrier's. I told him they all ended up on my sons truck floor to which he states " Why because he waste them" I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I heard him right so he says them same thing a second time. Are you kidding me..... then says he is going to go call the manager. Comes back and say's the general manager (Ashley?) said there is nothing they can do and if it was him he would of put them in a box. Now we spent $37 on milk shakes and I didn't want my money back just wanted the shakes remade or at least an apology, instead he suggested that my son likes to waste 6 milk shakes and threw them on the floor of his truck....... I called corporate but it's was 8:20pm so I will be calling in the morning. If I could give this place less then 1 starts I would just for the customer service alone. read more

On Wednesday nov. 11 at about 2 am, a friend and I went to get a slushy, sonic is supposedly open 24 hours a day, we were ignored in the drive thru, I drove around and saw an employee in the restaurant, then we were ignored in the ordering parking spaces, and the lights were turned off while myself and another car were outside attempting to order, never once did I get an answer to "are you closed" read more

This is quite possible the worst "fast" food restaurant that myself or my family have been. Every time I have gone through the drive thru it is painfully slow. Tonight was no exception. It took more than 20 mins from placing the order to getting it(8:43 - 9:05). One would think that if it took this long the food would be fresh & hot. Nope. The fries & tater tots were bone cold. The foot long hot dog was 2 hot dogs in the bun. Unless you have lots of time to wait on your food, I'd skip this and go to a sit down restaurant. It may even be faster. read more

If it was possible I would give this sonic all types of negative ratings. The workers there are usually very kind. But tonight the service that my husband and I received was very unbelievable. First of all, we had to wait a very long time for our food.. about 25 minutes, even though we were the only costumers. When we finally got home we noticed that the food that we received was incorrect. My husband attempted to go back. He was there for an additional 30-35 minutes to get waited on. My husband got out the car and knocked on the window and door. No answer. He could see the young lady Erika (the caisher) and a young man (cook) talking in the back of the store as if they did not want to help him. Finally, the young lady Erika asked him what he would like, and he told her the food was incorrect, she was very hesitant about trying to solve the problem. She then said she would remake it after several mintues, my husband told Erika he had been waiting for 30-35 mintues, and without a word she closed the drive thru window, and she began to mimick every word my husband told her to her employees, she was talking very loudly about my husband in a rude tone. worst costumer service my husband and I have ever received at a "fast food" returant. Will never go back. Will call cooperate on Erika, and will also call her manager as well! Some the workers there need to really sort out their priorities. read more
