It could have been a fluke. I paid in advance, WITH A TIP. The service was slow, and the screen, indicated our order was on the way/and then "cleared." A car which had pulled in next to us, after a time they got their order, and left. I went inside, and our (already paid for) order was not to be found. At first, no one seemed interested, then, a manager backtracked to the last order in stall 13...and found it our order had been marked as, made, delivered, and cleared. I told him it did not, and we paid in advance. He reset the order, and promptly moved it to high priority status. It was rushed to assembly. It was correct, (as Sonic usually is,) it was tasty and enjoyable (provided you ignore the "glitch,") it was worth the money paid. The manager was quite apologetic. read more

Terrible service. It took them almost 10 minutes to give us 2 ice cold burgers. I had to reheat my burger at my house since it tasted horrible being so cold. Most Sonics take forever to get my food out and they never mess my order.. foods always fresh and never under cooked...

I've been ordering the same thing for 6 years from this sonic. A double bacon cheeseburger. Ad pickles, onions and ketchup. It already comes with, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato. Never ever do I get my order correctly made! I've gotten home before and the meat and cheese are not on there! They most certainly ALWAYS take off the mayonnaise! I never say cut the mayonnaise or take it off. I actually say do not take anything off my burger at all! And I still will get it usually with zero veggies but the pickles onions no mayonnaise. After 5 years I was fed up! I finally started telling them ok... I'm pissed. After 5 years now this is no longer my fault! You guys are done screwing ip my order! It's on your hands and your pocket books. You don't make my order right? You're giving me my $$$ back and my burger the correct way. I'm tired of all the 2nd trips back to get the correct food, waisted gas, waisted time etc! So they complied 1x! Then got a crappy attitude with me so much so, I about cracked little girls jaw in 1/2 and I'm not a violent person! Shoot I dealt with them screwing my order up for 5 years! She said she was a manager and treated me like a piece of dirt! Ya I was livid! Tells me well I'll give you $5 back that it! All snarky! And pushes into my chest. Really? The burgers about $6.26 or something after tax I'm not completely sure at the moment I calculated it up that day. I had gotten a meal. Regardless before tax it was $5.78 I believe close to $6 we argues over it about had a fight and she finally took her change machine on their hips and got the change out and shoved it into my chest area! That's about when I cracked her in the jaw! She's lucky, I kept my cool and stayed in my car. Once you touch me in anger? It's hard to contain myself. So I still paid taxes on the burger but I've not gone back. I've been working in the city so now I don't have to settle for this places crappy food and service anymore! Thank God! A person can only take so much! Everyone has a breaking point. We all do and they certainly have hit mine! I'm very patient and forgiving. Took 5 years That's a good amount of time to give a company to get it right. Unfortunately they just kept getting worse and nearly got physical! A manager no less! Don't give a customer attitude and shove anything onto the customer! I've been in customer service for 32+ years! This fast food place is terrible and unprofessional! Foods good, except the chicken strips. That's it though. When the customer tells you from the beginning- Hey if you make my order wrong? After 5 years of me paying for your mistakes.
