Every time we come to Jesup, we get Sonic. It's one of our favorite places. Never had an issue until today. I ordered a burger and two kids meals. The girl working the window was extremely sweet but waited 15 for my food. They are short staffed so i understand. However, when I received my food, everything was hot except my burger. The bun, cheese and patty were all cold. So I went back through the drive through and told the girl. She felt bad and said they would remake it. 15-20 later, she came back out with another burger. Told me it was cooked fresh which is why it took so long. Unfortunately this burger was colder than the first one, no way it was fresh. I've worked in the food industry for 9 years, there is absolutely no way that burger was fresh because the patty was ice. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me the same burger honestly. However, I just wanted the refund for my burger. I had already ate the tots and my daughter and had ate her food too. At first they tried to get me to give all the food back when we had already ate it, I simply stated 3 times I just wanted the burger refunded I'll pay for everything else. I was told by the young guy there to pull around to the front and he called his manager. He said "we can't refund all your food". To which I said again, I don't want a refund for it all only the burger. They kept acting like they did not want to refund me at all, but I didn't want to pay for something I had already been waiting an hour now for and is still ice cold. terrible service and food. Me and my husband have been coming here since we were kids. one of the best places we use to go to. Now it's terrible. first they act like they don't want to take your order young gentleman taking our order said we don't have hotdogs but it will take 8 min to cook them obviously if you have them I want you to cook it. then rung up the order wrong. waited a while for refried tots and a hotdog with 5 onions on it. if something doesn't change I won't be back. read more

I ordered a burger, shaking in excitement. I was overjoyed, mouth watering in pure longing for my Sonic burger. When my food was delivered, i handed everyones food out to be polite and then grabbed mine. I unwrapped my burger, looking at it as my mouth was a waterfall yearning for it. I took the most slow, savoring bite.. just to be met with pure diced onions. No patty. No pickles. Not even a single cheese slice... Three diced onions. Caked, piled, and stacked in between my two buns. There was so much onions, my eyes started watering as I took my bite. The person cutting these onions, might not have lived. I specifically ordered no onions. I am furious. I have no guess as to what I could have possibly done to deserve something this terrible. But Sonic, if I ever find out who did something like this to me.. you will feel my wrath; suffer even. feel the pain I felt, biting into that ONION called a burger. -I hate you. read more

The pickup window was filthy. There was loud fussing in the background by employees. They couldn't provide food due to fryers being down. I left with a drink I thought twice about even drinking. The service at this location is pretty horrible the employees are rude and management doesn't even care when custers get food poisoning from their products twice I have gotten sick after eating food from the jesup sonic and I am not the only person that I know who's had this issue. Maybe corporate should consider new management as the ones they have do not know how to get it together read more

This Sonic has fast friendly service. Everything is prepared when ordered, so it's the proper temperature. There is a drive up window and several car hop stations. They will take call in orders and will bring it out if you are caught in the drive through line. reasonable price for the level of service. THE BEST LIMEADES! read more

The SONIC idea is great, unfortunately for many of the stores, under-paid and unmotivated employees kill them. The Jesup store is a step above the ones I've experienced. I will add that I hate sitting in a car trying to eat. I never do that,...I'd almost rather starve. I park and use their patio and enjoy the atmosphere. When the car-hop takes my money, I always tip them at least two bucks,...that's not a huge tip, but more than twenty percent for sure considering my bill is usually less than five bucks. The kindness gesture of a good tip does wonders and your service is excellent if you happen to need anything else. read more

Staff are not trained to ring up orders. Slushes were melted by the time we got them. Food was warm not hot. Terrible service.

So went to Sonic today and ordered $42.00 worth of food. Ordered 2 burgers with no onions. Came out with no onion stickers on them. Take a bite and get a mouth full of onions. Ordered 3 strawberry limeades and only got 2 the other was a frozen lemonade. The carhop came out and read off the whole order and asked if that was right we said yes handed us our food then told him that we needed 2 other drinks. He read off 3 drinks and 3 concretes but only handed us 4 cups. He had to go back in for the drinks he forgot. read more

This makes about three times that I have gone to Sonic's at nighttime in Jesup and the service is terrible. The first time they were laughing whenever they came on the speaker to take my order. Whenever they finally said May I take your order; I just said no and drove off. The second time, it took forever for them to complete my order. We stopped there this weekend about 10 p.m. and the first person taking my order was nice, but there was a 2nd person (who I found out was the night manager (Candy) and she was very rude. Whenever they read back my order and I said did you get my "item" and the manager said No because you did not say that. The other people in my car heard me say it. She was very rude throughout my order. She came through as I was getting my order complaining about someone in the pull up ordering. I told the girl at the window that it is like a party every time we come at nighttime, and she apologized. I think it is more management problem. Whoever owns this needs to hire managers that are not childish acting and rude to their customers. read more
