I've been here for the wrong order and lengthy wait several times. Today I wanted a couple of drinks using the half-price feature in the app. The app states they're closed. Sat at a stall for 15 minutes with the red light pushed. I wasn't sure if it was working but no one came out and told me it was out of order. I counted seven people inside and only two were working. One guy came out twice in the 15 minutes I was there to vape. I had to get to work so I left. There were a couple of other cars that were leaving as well that didn't get any service. I know that getting help is scarce and I'm grateful for the ones that do show up but there were five folks there that didn't do anything. We showed up 30 mins before close on Friday night & had a big order. They were all very nice & the food was great!

Ordered grilled chicken, water, cheeseburger number 1 with mayo and catchup, tots and coke zero. We got grilled cheese and everything else was right. Went back, re-rang the order brought everything back, no water. Brings water back, cost .33. Open bag, took or hamburger and left grilled cheese. Had to call them back out, after two trips they needed my receipt because they couldn't understand what had happened. Finally got the right thing after 15 minutes and didn't even say they were sorry for effin it up in the first place. read more

Let me start by saying I am an active law enforcement officer and was on duty at the time I decided to order breakfast at your establishment. On 3-12-21 at approximately 1022 hours I placed an order at stall #37. I had a clear view, from where I was parked, of the west facing window of this establishment. I observed two employees in the window who appeared to exchange banter amongst themselves and also watching me. Then I observed one of the employees extend his middle finger towards me while simultaneously licking his tongue out. Both began to laugh as they ducked out of view. Moments later my car hop (Courtney) brought out my breakfast. I politely asked that she keep her breakfast and refund me my money. I also asked that she send out the Manager. The manager came out to my vehicle with my refund as I explained to her the situation. I explained the conduct of two of her employees to which she seemed completely unaware. All she offered in return was a store phone number on me refund receipt and a half hearted "sorry". In my many years in this profession I've never been treated this way at any type of eatery especially in uniform, on duty, in a community that I protect and serve. But I suppose there is a first for everything. Seeing as though the cause for their disdain towards me was clearly my uniform and what it represents, I have an obligation to inform my coworkers of my treatment so that they too may use wisdom before deciding whether or no to patronize this particular establishment. If the employees go unchecked about "giving" the middle finger to a law enforcement officer then surly 'anything' goes with an officers meal. Needless to say, I will never patronize this establishment again. read more

Kept getting my order wrong. I went twice...and asked for the same combo each time. The Super Sonic double Bacon Cheeseburger combo. Two patties...and bacon. With everything but onions on it. Once I got...2 patties...no bacon....DRYYYY...with-(drumroll!!!) onions. lol Second time...1 patty no bacon. And the fries were nasty both times. The struggle is real! I don't have money for my order to get messed up. Once I understand. But come on...twice? You are breaking my heart here. :( read more

Hate this Sonic! Had a jr breakfast burrito, tasted horrible. Got kids wacky packs with apples. Apples had not expired but were clearly off and the caramel dip was drenched in some sticky pink substance. Have tried them twice and was dissapointed both times. Will not be going back. read more

These people are horrible. Said they were "out of o-rings for the night." Which means their lazy tails didn't want to have to cook any more. Every time we go there it's something. They get the order wrong. Overcharge. Under fill something. The night "manager", some young punk, needs to be taught how to manage. Customers come first, but by the look of the other reviews on here, customers, nor quality, seem to matter. At least not in any experience I've ever had with them. I had to rate it 1 star, but didn't want to. Would've rated it 0 stars if I could have. Again, they're horrible. read more

Sonic got popular years ago for having the best dairy menu, mainly because of their thick shakes. I don't think their new people know this history. At 10:30 p.m. I pulled in with only ONE other customer present and ordered a thick shake. Was told "we don't serve thick shakes after 8:00 p.m." After wondering why, she said, "We'll make you a thick shake." The carhop apologized for the shortness of the person taking orders. Seems at 8:00p.m. they are "swamped" with business. Even though I've been to many sonics in this area and ordered thick shakes, I've never been told they don't do it after 8:00 p.m. And one would think that when the shake is thick they should always bring a spoon. read more
