I had a really frustrating experience at Sonic tonight. I pulled up 30 minutes before closing just to order a medium mozzarella stick and they flat out refused to make it. Seriously? You're still open you're not closed yet! If the store hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should be able to order food until then. That's the whole point of being "open." It's not like I showed up last second or asked for some huge, complicated meal. It was literally just mozzarella sticks. The fact that they wouldn't even bother making that tells me everything I need to know about their customer service. If you're not going to serve food during your posted hours, then don't claim you're open. Super disappointed and honestly a little mad. I won't be coming back to this location. read more

I love Sonic Drive-Ins. Not this one. Very surprised at how bad everything was. This was my first visit. Ordered a breakfast brioche sandwich with tots and a cherry limeade. The woman who took my order sounded like I was bothering her. The sandwich was inedible. Burnt bun, weird cheese, and overcooked (old looking) sausage. Tater tots had an almost rancid oil taste. No napkin in the bag. The cherry limeade was okay, the girl who brought the food was pleasant. However, this was a waste of money and time. read more

Sonic straw size vs size of Boba in my drink‍. I guess they don't want you to have the Boba :(. Same with fruit pieces in drinks. The fruit clogs the straw & you can't finish your shake or slush. Really? It is a simple fix. I have written to them & asked to use bigger straws but they don't care or respond. People go to sonic for drinks, not the crappy food. How do you screw up a burger. Got a regular sonic cheeseburger, fries and a shake. The burger had to have been setting a very long time. The buns were smashed and soggy. The whole buns soggy. Tomatoes everything on it. Old and ugly. The tots were teeth breakers they were cooked so long. $9. I decided to return the burger. I waited for a long time outside. This place is so slow. I was in the drive thru, ordered food, and then sat without anyone coming out. I literally left to take my kid back to the hotel to poop, went back to get my food and it was still not ready! Just give up. Better not to even try. I frequent sonic and have hardly ever had any complaints however, this location left the worst taste in my mouth possible ... the person taking my order was not listening to what i was saying and instead chose only to hear certain words and create my order for me, once i told them to stop they had a very rude attitude toward me when i was simply telling them to fix the mistake. this is very dissapointing coming from this location as I had high hopes because of the nice exterior, little did i know it was plagued by the hands of young workers who do not care to be curtious when working customer service, despicable. read more
