Normally I don't write reviews for fast food, but since the only 2 on here are bad I'm going to. First off I love Sonic this is my 3rd visit in 3 days if that tells you anything (1st time to this one). It took about a minute after I pushed the button, a little long but no big deal. I got a jr deluxe burger no mayo and mustard with extra pickles a Coke and a small glass of ice. I checked my burger cause the reviews say food never right, mine was perfect. Lots of pickles and mustard, hot and good. Car hop was a teenage guy in roller skates, he was nice and smiling and ask if I needed strawl for my ice. He was a nice polite young man. It's just plain horrible. Save yourself a trip. Please. Service is lacking, food is wrong every time, car-hops seem to hate their jobs. First off, the only thing they EVER get right is the drinks. EVERY time I order food, I check the bag before I leave because I've had my food come out wrong almost every single time. When I order mozzerella sticks, or chicken I always ask for ranch or barbecue when I place the order. Guess what, when I get the bags, no ranch or barbecue sauce. So I ask for it before the car-hop skates off. They only bring me my sauce back about half the time. Back when I was high school, I used to come and get a breakfast burrito and a drink before school. There was always an older Hispanic lady either working as a car-hop or at the drive thru window. When she brought my food out, I would politely ask for picante sauce, and her reply was always the same. A very rude "It's in the bag!" And so I would look in the bag, and it wasn't. So I would ask for some picante sauce AGAIN, and she would huff and roll her eyes and act like it was the biggest pain in the world to walk 15 feet inside the door and get me some picante sauce. Seriously, I currently work in customer service, I promise, it's not going to kill you to make the customer happy. One time my sister and I came and ordered the limited time Spicy Chicken Tenders Box (don't remember exactly what it is called) and I got a very rude response something along the lines of "Ummm.... We don't have that." And my sister read the exact name off the menu and the girl taking out order didn't seem to believe us. I'm a very generous tipper when I go out to eat, or even sometimes if I've had no problems with my visit at sonic. One time I ordered a large drink in the morning. Total was $1.07, so I paid $5.07 and expected $4 back. I was asked "Do you need change?" Um??? Yeah! You think I'm going to give you a 400% tip when I just ordered a drink?! Another time I was asked again (keep in mind, this is every time I used to go) "Do you need change?" I said yes. He doesn't even give me all the change and he hurries off before I can even say anything. That's just crazy. One thing I do like about sonic is that they offer $0.99 large drinks before 11 a.m. That's literally the only thing I like about them now. Ever since I've had such terrible service, I haven't been back to this sonic in probably about 6 months. I hope their service gets better, because it seems like the place is overrated and ran by the teenage car-hops. read more

Put order in on phone app. Took them 35 minutes to fill order. They were not that busy and it was chili cheese dogs. Not like takes a lot of prep work. After waiting all this time for them to do there job. Food cold and onion rings are soggy. I'm so irritated right now. The morning crew seems on the ball. But this evening crew sucks. At this establishment is where I enjoy most but not all my meals and drinks the food is good the flashy drinks however are not as u may have noticed at sonic say if I were to order a strawberry lemonade it's not real strawberry only shots of strawberry flavor and a dash of lemonade now moving on to the service this morning I went to sonic I ordered a large dr.pepper and guess what I got after five minutes of waiting in my car with the low amount of traffic in the mornings that they do have with only 2 customers in total including me the final product was a large cherry coke that's strike one read more

Now I don't set high standards for any fast food restaurants but this sonic is honestly the worst fast food place there is. Now there food is good...when they actually get the order right, they never get it right the first time, nor the second time, they overcharge you, they honestly just need netter management. read more

We go here at least once a week. Great service. Great food! Best fast food burger of all places. Sonic blast with Oreo funnel. The funnel tastes exactly like the inside of an Oreo. Great service. We ALWAYS tip our 'server' as it is prompt, hot, and fresh. read more

I go to this sonic frequently because it's close. They've never messed up my drink order but they screw up my food order EVERY SINGLE TIME!

We left Sweet Frog to come here, despite what looked like a really long line. We got the most amazing shakes within 5 minutes of parking. The carhop was on skates and extremely helpful and friendly. Best peanut butter & fudge shake ever! read more

The last couple times I have come to this Sonic haven't been very great. The sodas taste off as if there is something wrong with the machine. I came by one night after I got off work (around 11 pm on a Tuesday) I originally thought they were closed but all the lights were still on. When I pulled up several carhops were outside, but none said anything, instead letting me hit the button and be told by the employee inside they were closed. Came back again that weekend (Saturday) around the same time, lights were on again. I pushed the button and waited a couple minutes for someone to take my order. After sitting there for five minutes without any help I drove off. There were no more than three cars (including myself) in the parking lot so they weren't busy. It seems during the day they are alright. but at night is where things go wrong. Kind of a hit and miss I suppose. read more

I take my grandson here often for either a drink or a drink and snack after school. Almost always friendly fast service and drinks are usually right (but not always) but they can't seem to get the food right. Today I ordered the burger kid's meal with meat and bread only on the burger....the burger came with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Last week I ordered 2 chili dogs--1 with cheese and 1 without---I received 1 chili dog with cheese.......seems like it's always something! If you order food here make sure you check your order before you leave. Tried to do the survey from the receipt but it rejected both #'s that I tried (receipt # and ref #.) Guess I'll just stick to drinks from there from now on. read more
