I placed and paid for the order the night before. The following morning, the order was ready as promised. There are many bags filled with burritos, labeled correctly and made deliciously. I received so many compliments from the staff on how delicious the burritos were ! There is a one dollar surcharge for every burrito that includes eggs. Overall, I am very impressed with the employees, love the way that I was treated. The order was ready, prices are fair, and the food is delicious. If I were to have any complaints, I would say that the beer was not as cold as I would have liked it to be. This is a big brewery that makes their own beer and has comfortable seating and many interesting displays on the walls that are entertaining to look at. There was an employee helping me, greeted me with a smile, and he decided he would pay for it. I didn't ask him to and I was going to suggest to just cancel it. I returned to pay him back and he was extremely respectful and humble the entire time constantly declining it. (I was able to get him to take it) he had no reason to pay but was still super respectful although I caused an inconvenience. The kid definitely deserves a promotion, I know most managers read this, I didn't get his name but he has blonde hair and was working April 15. Let him know I still appreciate him. I got to the hamburger joint only to find out it is drive through/takeout only. So I returned here and managed to snag a parking spot that had just opened up.. It looked promising from the big smiles on people leaving. I went in and the large party just in front of me was just getting seated. But it took me a while to get seated because I wasn't noticed. Once seated, it took another long while for a server to appear with chips and a very tasty salsa which proved the best part of the meal. Looking over the menu and the "tourist"Mexico decor and colors, I could tell it was distributor-driven. The beers and the desserts had obviously been distributor "suggestions". My experience over the last 35 years eating out on the road several hundred times a year made it obvious. I decided on a burrito plate and asked the server which chile was spiciest. He said the red was very spicy so I went with the burrito chile colorado. C'mon dude, this is New Mexico! That chile wasn't spicy at all! Utterly bland is the word! So dinner was a big disappointment.. When I was done, I was asked if I wanted dessert. I asked if anything was homemade. Nothing. It all came industrially produced by a food service company. This place is not my style. I won't be back.
