I would like to give more than three stars but this is already a stretch and I can't give more and still live in good conscience. Over three minutes to answer the button. It was hard to hear the attendant and she didn't appear to be friendly and certainly didn't repeat the order or total back to me. Eleven minutes after that for the combo meal to arrive and then there wasn't ketchup, napkins, salt, or a trademark mint. The food was good and fresh and the carhop was polite. read more

Don't bother stopping here. I know some Sonic's are good but not this one. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich it was overcooked some much it was chicken jerky the dog even choked on it. I order a double cheese burger which was burnt. Not just overcooked burnt. Some much ketchup it was everywhere where. And the tots weren't the usual crispy at all. Not sure what's going on here but there are a bunch of bad reviews so sad! read more

Seriously. Who the hell runs this place?? So I get there about 9:20 pm, ordered two Crispy chicken sandwiches & a small order of onion rings. Total was about $17. Not a damn bit of it was edible. Not a bit. If Sonic is going to RECYCLE food that has been sitting around for hours by putting it back in the fryer and frying it until it's BURNED, they should at least warn you BEFOREHAND so you can order something FRESH! This was almost $20 dollars down the drain because I tipped the waitress almost $2. I have lived in Emory for about 15 YEARS and EVERY time I have ordered something at this Sonic, there has ALWAYS been an issue. EVERY TIME! I'm done with this Sonic. They SUCK! Tough night at Sonic. We stopped in for a late bite and it was barely ok at best. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with tots. Tots were cold and mushy. Chicken sandwich was pretty pathetic. Chicken patty was about the size of a silver dollar and so small it was well hidden within the bun and under the lone pickle. Oh well. read more

There food is normally pretty good and hot. You can't beat there half price drinks at happy hour.

12 minute wait on a mobile order the we placed 5 minutes before we get there. Everyone just standing around like it was break time looking out the window they had two other customers drive off as they never got service. If your the manager or the owner you might want to check in on this group from time to time......then the order was wrong so we had to go back and get the right drinks, seen two others in the drive thru complaining about orders being wrong read more

We were passing through Emory and just needed some food for the road, so we stopped here. There was a long wait after we pressed the button, waiting to hear a voice. We ordered our food and realized they never gave us one of the tater tots we ordered so we waited again (after pressing the button..again). Then we got our tots and drove off. When we opened the bag that the tots were in, the container was tipped upside down standing on its head with tater tots everywhere like we had inconvenienced them. Ordered dinner for my husband and I. Got home and my order was missing part of it. Called to speak with the manager and after being on hold for 10 minutes I was hung up on. Tried for a hour and a half to call back but the phone kept being busy. Finally got through and just got excuses about why I didn't get my whole order. The manager did refund my money but I had to waste a hour and a half of my evening dealing with this. Not to mention having to cook to make up for what was not in my order. Was made timely, warm, and what a great cook we enjoyed not only with the sandwich. But the crispy Tater Tots were delectable.

Used to always stop at this Sonic on the way to the lake for a Route 44 and a snack. Never again after the 28 minute wait in the drive thru today. That was time from when we ordered to getting the food in the drive thru and only 1 person in front of us when we ordered! On top of the wait, they were out of cheese sticks and when we asked to order onion rings we were denied those too, saying they would take too long to make them. And the icing on the cake was getting order me completely wrong when the food was given to us! Gave us 2 medium fries instead of large fries, and a spicy chicken sandwich h instead of a chicken wrap, asked for easy on the ice on the drink and it's at least half ice! We could see bags of food ready and the person taking orders and handing out food couldn't get any of them right and all the food was cold too! Love Sonic, but not this one! Never again! read more

This is one of the biggest sonics I've been. It's pretty new design clean than some other outdated ones. This location has alot more parking spots than average Sonics. I've been here 5 times and never had any problems. Fast and cheap and having some cute girls working here doesn't hurt either. I fully recommend this Sonics. Will be back soon. read more

First off I like sonic and up till about a year ago this sonic was pretty good. Now they mess every order we have gotten up. Yesterday evening I pulled into a stall to make sure I had time to check the food before I got home. Counted the bags of burgers and made sure my daughter's burger was no cheese because she is allergic to dairy. (Last time my wife went they had to remake the burger 3 times to get it right) 3 times? Like many others I got home (10 minutes) and burgers were soggy with everything running out the sides and my onion rings looked like they had been wadded up and soaking in grease right before they put them in the bag. Whoever owns this sonic and the manager really need to step up there game or people will go elsewhere. I have given them plenty of chance's to finally make a order right but I think now I will give up and eat at DQ or toco bell. Spend $36 for food that looks like they got it out of a trash can! Truly disappointing. read more

Went today. Double cheeseburger with everything on it. Regular sonic burger for my cousin. Also a large milk shake and a large iced tea. I had to pull the semi-soggy upper bun off to see if there was ACTUALLY any, yes any lettuce or tomato on a sandwich that had a request for everything on it. No tomato whatsoever. Lettuce hardly. Two squashed together meat patties with two squashed together soggy buns. Large iced tea? About 5 good pulls off of straw. Total ice. No tea. Asked for 2extra ketchups in bag. Got none. This place needs work. read more
