I go to sonic sometimes, but this time it was terrible. The food was dry, but the fries were all right and fire Jaylin. He was the rudest person I've ever met. Yeah, overall the service was not the best. I stopped going to this one because of that, thinking about it, makes my stomach growl. This one time I went there and I ordered a burger with ketchup and cheese only in like 30 minutes later, I threw up it was just really really bad. Please shut this place down. read more

I love sonic! Used to work at one but it's disappointing when you go to one regularly and your order is always wrong. Just tonight we went and got two different ice cream blasts and a drink with easy ice. We got two of the same blasts one had chunks of ice In it not sure how that happens And the drink was packed full of ice. read more

It has been closed down and js noon german open at the moment or for a while, their sign is missing and there is paint on the windows, I believe it has been shut down due to damage. read more

This is a classic Sonic located right on historic Route 66. The service is quick and friendly. The best Sonic fries and chocolate shake I have ever had. read more

When I pull up, there's always a worker taking a smoke break, so that makes me chuckle! Service seems to be a good speed, and they give a friendly greeting when you order. When I come here, I try to order a mini Oreo chocolate master shake. I check the board to make sure it says master shake--or at least I think I do! I might be crazy! ...I have NEVER received a mini Oreo chocolate master shake! I receive an Oreo blast or an Oreo shake, and it even says what I receive on the receipt! Now I'm going to order the same thing every time to see if I ever get it! I find this Sonic entertaining. read more

Always have a terrible time getting my order correct and in a timely fashion. They forget fries, tots, or whatever. Then order is thrown together- food half done. Just need some people who take pride in their service. read more

I rarely get to go to Sonic because of my low salt diet but when I do I always get what I've ordered and a friendly Sonic Person, and yes we always tip.. thank you read more

This has got to be the slowest sonic in the history of sonic. 30 minutes and still waiting. Had I not paid with credit card I would have already left 25 minutes ago. read more

Probably one of the junkiest Sonics I've been to. The service is good but the place itself is just bad.

Me and my bf went to sonic tonight to get some ice cream and when we got there we look to see what we wanted and then maybe a few minutes later hit the button to order and we sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to take our order! So we decide to go to the drive thru took some time to get out order taken there too and then we finally order and pull up to wait we waited another 10 mins before they took our money, then as we wait for our stuff they are sitting there talking not even making it yet and cussing with the drive thru window open. One of the slowest Sonics I've been too, and they seem to have poor customer service. There was only one nice person there on the night shift. Probably won't be back any time soon. Worst customer service experience ever!! read more

They can't get an order right - ever! I give up on them for a while and then give them another try. Nope. This time they forgot the ranch to go with the cheddar bites. Usually they forget to put the bacon on a burger. Guess I'm done with this one for another 6 months. read more

Worst sonic I've ever been to. Waited for more then 20 minutes to order. Never did get to eat.

Very slow service set waiting for nearly 45 min and order was missing requested sauces other than that the food has gotten better used to get old burnt onion rings and cold soggy burgers read more

Sonic is one of my top fave fast food restaurants and I also like the fact that r constantly have and advertising deals and they have the best burgers and I love the extreme tots. Their onion rings r to die for. And so r their grilled cheese sandwiches and their corn dogs r the bomb so thank u sonic for the great deals and magnificent food. read more

Terrible place. Always gets the order wrong. I quit eating there and give it a while to improve. I've tried it again and it just hasn't improved. Don't waste your time or money. I received a coney with no chili and a burger with no meat. Seriously???!!! read more

It has good burgers but the fries aren't so good. I got a cherry lemonade but there wasn't any cherry inside! I always expect a cherry when I'm done with my drink but there wasn't there was just 2 limes. But the foods good tho. read more

Half of the speakers don't work, which just adds to your waiting time. If you use a debit or credit card at the drive-thru, they have to go outside to run it. The food is super greasy. The tots are cooked in old grease. My opinion is that the person who owns it doesn't care as long as they are making a profit. read more

I ordered a Classic Grilled Chicken Sandwich. It took over 20 minutes to get, and when I tasted it, I wished I hadn't gotten it. The chicken was so tough I couldn't bite through it. I thought it must be just that spot, but it was the whole chicken breast. I don't recall ever eating a tough piece of chicken. Even when I took it off the bun and cut it up, I still couldn't chew it. We haven't ordered from this Sonic in a while because it has multiple problems, but a chicken sandwich sounded good. I obviously should have gone to McDonald's or Burger King. Next time, I will. read more

I'm getting so sick of them forgetting things or charging me extra for things like cherries that I never get. This sonic should seriously step its game up! I have never been to a more shitty drive in than the sonic in el Reno Oklahoma! The servers are rude and act annoyed every time I come through as well it makes me not even want to try and correct my order just because I don't want to deal with their bad attitudes. There's also been rumors for YEARS that if you try and tell them you're in a hurry they'll spit in your food. It's absolutely disgusting! read more

The absolute worst Sonic in the world! And I've seen some bad ones! Could not care less attitude! Waited 25 minutes last time I was there. Avoid at all costs! read more

I've been going to this Sonic for years and buying the same thing, foot long cheese coneys with extra onion; they've always been good until the last 3 times. The chili had no body, it was greasy and the bun was soggy. There was little onion on them though I ordered extra and the service was slow. I won't be going back. read more
