We were the only car in the parking lot at 5:30pm on a Monday night. There were 3 empty cars (assuming employees) - we were told it would be a few minutes because no one was there to help. We waiting 10+ minutes. We left. This has happened more than once to us. read more

I had a poor experience with ordering on the sonic app more than once. Once I ordered cheese sticks with my burger and drink.. and paid on line.. when I arrived ti pick up Food I was told they were out of cheese sticks and had given fries Instead.. So I paid the same for less.. The last time I ordered and paid on the app. I get to the store and pull in stall 2 and press the button and the screen assured me they would be with me right away.. After ten minutes I pulled around to the drive through speaker. After a few more minutes a voice came on the speaker and said she could not take my order for at least 20 minutes because there were only 2 people working.. Then she cut off before I could tell her my order was placed over 30 minutes earlier.. That was on Friday at about 6:30. $8.10 was deducted from my account and when I called to request either store credit or a refund back into my account I was treated as if I was trying to scam them instead of the apology and monetary credit I deserved.. I have to say that if you want great service, friendly people and great fast food, then this sonic location kicks every other sonic to the curb. I normally don't like to eat at sonic where i live because it's so freaking greasy and i feel like crap after eating it. They do have awesome shakes and drinks. This location however is off the grid and if i want sonic then i'll drive to dover to get it. We pulled up in here on July 4th on our way to watch the fireworks display at Paris Landing. Our go to spot is the log cabin but they were closed. Our options in Dover were Micky D's and Sonic. Since Micky D's has pink slime in their burgers we decided to go to sonic for a quick meal. BEST DECISION EVER!!! I was totally blown away by this locations customer service and food. My mom and I both ordered the Ceasar Grilled Chicken, she got onion rings and i ordered tots. The attendant stated her name and was friendly when taking our order! What? Wow!!! Within 10 min, the chick was at my window with our food! What? Wow that was fast!!! I had to look up to make sure were actually at sonic. She handed us our food and asked if we needed anything and i suggested more napkins. Check! She had them in her apron. Super friendly and actually smiled! Wow! I was super shocked by how good the food was!!! The grilled chicken wasn't dry, or dripping juice. Bun was soft and not mushy from the chicken nor what it hockey puckish. The onion rings were AMAZING!!! They were perfectly fried and wasn't' drenched in grease!! They transported me back in time when onion rings were always good. The onion was a little crunchy and not soggy. The tater tots were just the right temp and not dripping with grease. They had no grease!! I was in fast food heaven which isn't often cuz i feel like crap after i eat it. Not this time. Heres the kicker!! Another chick approached our window ( a little timidly ) probably because i gave her a WTF look. ( Didn't mean to). This chick was carrying a condiment tray that had a little bit of everything on there and actually asked us if we needed anything. We actually did need a couple packets of ketchup which she handed to us. At this point i think that we just received better customer service then we would at a sit down restaurant! Who does that? This place does!! Now I'm not sure if it's because we were in BFE and a country town but who the hell cares. I actually enjoyed eating at this location and pushed the little call button to tell them how awesome they were! Who does that? This chick does!! Especially when I get beyond excellent customer service with friendly people! Not only that, we throughly enjoyed the meal. I just hope that they keep this up and don't succumb to the idiocracy and poor customer service that Clarksville is known for!! We ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers and paid for bacon cheeseburgers but we got no bacon. The fries were cold and so stale they were unedible! our last trip ever as it is terrible every time we have ate there. read more

Picture it... Stall 1 (the one closet to the road on the pharmacy side. In my BRIGHT RED car. I ordered a dang hot dog combo. That's it. Nothing fancy. Nothing hard to make. So, I'm sitting and waiting and waiting... I push the button again and she asks if she can help me. "Yea. You could bring my food out. I ordered 20 minutes ago. " "Oh, ma'am I'm so sorry. It came up as drive thru and when I came out Nobody was at the drive thru. I walked around and didn't see anybody. (Insert bright red car here) We will remake it and get it right out to you." In the meantime, they bring me out crappy coupons. Another almost 10 minutes later, thy being my food out. (A New York dog. Which consists of a hot dog, onions, and sauerkraut.) She hands me my drink and there's strawberry sludge all down the side of the cup. So I let her stand there and hold my food until I cleaned up the cup because I ain't putting it in my cup holder like that! I pay her, kept my change, because let's be real about it, and left. Got to where I was going, open the bag, and my New York dog is COVERED with relish, (that's NOT how you make it) cold, the bun is mush, and the fries are cold. I ain't trying to be rude, but no 99 cent coupon makes me less angry about this. read more

There have been many changes since my original review and I am pleased to say that the quality of food and service has improved. The new management has shown to be a good move by the company. Now, to the areas of opportunity: More times than not, my order is correct. However, there are times where I get incorrect orders. For example, the most recent I ordered a Bacon, Onion, Tomato breakfast burrito and received one without bacon. The other time, I received a completely different burrito. Now, for the worst part of the review that will likely cost a kid his job. My apologies in advance as this will just have to be a reality check for him. As we were eating our food we had a clear view into the kitchen. As I was eating my breakfast, I watched a young man pull out a can of dip (smokeless tobacco) and proceed to put a heaping pinch into his lip. He the. Went and grabbed a small sonic cup to spit in. We immediately got out of the car and requested a manager. The young man we spoke with took the issue seriously and asked if we could and were willing to point him out. We pointed towards the kid who had his spit cup next to the fryer. The manager thanked us and immediately went in and sent him home. So kudos to the young manager for stepping up and doing what was best for the business. I will reevaluate in the future and update another review if there are more improvements. read more

Sucked! I pulled up to the drive through and was asked what I would like to order. That was the last I heard. Evidently, they were ADD and had gotten distracted and forgot they were taking my order. After several minutes I pulled into one of the park and order spots and ordered a 5 chicken strip meal with onion rings instead of tots. When it FINALLY arrived, the rings were black. Not slightly overlooked...they were BLACK. I took them back in and after a while was given a new batch. By batch, I mean I got 4. Out of my 5 strips, 2 were about an inch and a half long and as big around as my finger. My toast was a wadded up piece of bread that hadn't even been toasted.
