There is a poor woman working the counter by herself who clearly was not trained very well. It took 45 minutes for a coffee and two bagels - one of which didn't even bother to get toasted because we walked out. She is very overwhelmed, and the owners should work on retraining or putting more on shift on a Sunday. There were about two customers ahead of us and we had decided to stop in for a quick bite but it took nearly an hour before we just walked out, and the guy in front of us was in the same boat. The coffee was undrinkable and very expensive. It was one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I hate to leave such a scathing review, and honestly they're getting two stars because she was so apologetic and it's not her fault, but folks should be aware of the issues.
