The younger lady picked up the call and told me straight up rather rudely that "they dont do refunds" and then hung up on me. Honestly I dont think they will ever be getting my business again as they were incredibly rude and dismissive the entire time. 0/10 they are only known for ice cream for a reason.

My husband and I were treated poorly by the staff, and it felt very clear that we were being treated differently because we are LGBTQ+. The employees were short and snappy with us, and I personally heard a blonde employee use an anti-gay slur in reference to us. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome.The cleanliness of the restaurant was also concerning. There was a significant amount of food and debris underneath our table, including large pieces of food, and it did not appear that the area had been properly swept or cleaned.The food itself was another issue. Some of the food we received appeared to be undercooked, and the ice cream tasted old and not fresh.Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the way we were treated, the cleanliness issues, and the quality of the food, I would not return or recommend this restaurant based on my experience.
