The Hispanic girl that was working today at 5:15 in the sweater should be fired. I'm not sure what her problem is, but she definitely should not be working in the service industry. She was laughing at us while we were ordering.... so weird. I ended up throwing away both of the drinks we ordered because I have a strong feeling she did something to them. read more

The Hispanic girl that works the drive-through window wearing a Dr Pepper shirt was extremely rude to me and my family. It was the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Let's see...I was one of only two cars in the line and waited 18 minutes; watched a patron slip on their ice they hadn't shoveled; and, got onion rings with some sort of mystery batter that was as thick as plaster followed by a smasher, (the whole reason I tried them), that was awful: Soggy bun, drenched in an inedible sauce, and the lettuce and other condiments might have been fresh during the first Crimean War. read more

First time at this location. We were able to drive up and park to enjoy our meals in the car. We pressed a button on the screen when it was time to order. Our order had a couple mistakes from what was requested. The gal working offered a sincere apology. She was able to rectify the situation. The food seemed very ordinary. The drinks were special. I am livid rn because I ordered a brownie blast milkshake so so excited to get my BROWNIE blast. I'm gluten free so I was very very excited to have my cheat day and indulge in my BROWNIE blast shake. My BROWNIE blast shake arrives and it looked fine but when I say it was a vanilla shake with a few measly brownie crumbs lazily strewn about ONLY the top of the milkshake i wanted to BROWNIE BLAST my head off. who, in the history of humankind, orders a milkshake titled "brownie blast" expecting a vanilla shake with one or two CRUMBS of brownie swept into it. i hear brownie blast, i want BROWNIE BLAST. im not kidding when i say i ate the two singular pieces of brownie off the top and the rest was just a straight vanilla shake. i did NOT order a vanilla shake. i ordered a BROWNIE BLAST. whoever made my brownie blast clearly put no effort into it and honestly didnt at all even attempt to try. like ok my fries were FINE but how am i supposed to enjoy my fries if i get the words worst brownie blast in all of the entire world's history. so dissapointed i feel like crying. so disappointed that i took my computer out and wrote a review. and im too lazy to do that almost every other time. i want my brownie blast. read more

Sooooo slow 15 + mins for a cherry coke. Only person ahead of me. Definitely could skip on this location.

The hamburger meat was dry but the buns were disgusting. They must have been frozen before. They didn't taste good and had a dense flour texture to them. Maybe they are freezing the food due to Covid and not knowing how much food to keep fresh. It was a bad experience. I haven't been to a Sonic in years and now have no plans to return. I was driving and asked Siri for the nearest burger place. This was it! I ordered a double cheeseburger and a large chocolate shake. I would have given them 5 stars but they were or of straws. Out of straws?! The drive through person was very friendly and the service was fast. The gal said people request extra straws so they run out. How am I supposed to drink a thick milkshake without a straw? On my way home I stopped in Potbelly sandwich shop and they gave me a straw. They're good people. We waited for about 10 minutes for our food, which we didn't even get. When I tried to get the attention of a worker they simply ignored me. We then tried through the stalls to get through to the workers and they simply denied any service and now we don't even have our food which we paid for. This is just outrageous to not only treat someone with such disrespect but also refusing to give us our order and just ripping us off. If I were to recommend a place to eat I would never chose this place again. And about the food, my mother said the hotdogs were horrible and that she would get lightheaded if she continued eating. If you order thru the mobile app and they're out of something you ordered, they'll refuse to refund it, booting you back to some corporate number with no proof that you weren't provided the thing you paid for. Might want to look into the legality of selling things and not having your store capable of refund when they're inevitably out of something. You're keeping my money unless I jump thru hoops and maybe not even then - no verification that you didn't provide me something I paid for. Manager stated that the literal sonic app is affiliated with sonic, so they can't do anything about it. Do NOT come here. If you do, DO NOT trust the mobile app, you absolutely may lose money. The store manager absolutely promised me up and down that he'd NEVER heard of anyone having trouble getting a refund from the sonic main line if there was an issue. I questioned this but OH he just promised this would be simple and easy. I called the number the store gave me (1-800-OK-SONIC). They first offered me two free route44 drinks in lieu of a refund. I said no, just my money back pls. They then offered me a $5 credit to my sonic account. I told them no, I JUST want my actual money back that I actually paid, in the manner I paid it. The rep said she wasn't authorized to credit me the cost of literally, one route44 iced tea. She said it would have to be escalated to a regional manager and there weren't any on staff then, so I'd need to wait on a call back. I told her it isn't about the money (we're talking dollars here) but the principle - I paid for a thing. I did not receive the thing. I want my actual money back in my actual account. you can definitely take my money immediately but awful tough to get it back. Everyone knows why you do this - if you offer credit, you FORCE me to come back to use it. I don't want to come back. I never want to see another sonic again in life. You've got all of my info - you know my name and you know where I'm based. You can see which location I visited. Im sure you can find my call and complaint in your system, as I've logged it thru the website AND the 800 number. And still.... I wait for a refund of what must be an absolute drop in the bucket for a corporation like sonic. Not a great look - but really, the ball is well in your court at this juncture. I'll keep telling anyone will listen how you currently are holding my money, refusing to refund something your representative stated you could not provide. PS - One item on my order was a small sonic blast. This store double stacked the cups, and when I went to pull one out because the stack felt strange and unstable, the entire bottom was shattered out of the inside cup, and there was a huge hole punched in one side. Gloppy ice cream poured all over the moment I pulled the cups apart, because no one bothered to mention that the cups were stacked for some reason, or ya know, just made a new one when they pulverized the original cup. Into the trash it went as it quickly became a giant, uncontainable, gloopy mess. My sonic experience this evening just kept getting better and better! Now the trick will be to not put something thru the TV next time I see a smarmy sonic chit-chat commercial. read more

Sonics food is meh, I think most people can agree with that. But to their credit, they had amazing malts. My dad and I would go to sonic all the time when I was a kid to get peanut butter malts, it's some of my happiest memories as a kid. They HAD malts. They no longer serve malt shakes... Hands down the absolute worst sonic I have ever been to! I live a block away and have been coming here for 5years. The service use to be okay, but within the last 6months it has gotten absolutely horrible! Not one order has been correct ever! And then the drive through is always down, and the microphones barely work, and you have to repeat your order 3 & 4 times! There seems to be a huge lack of management, and its so unorganized and takes forever to get your food, when 90% of the time it's wrong. Definitely a horrible experience and seems to be getting worse. Totally unacceptable and the ownership really needs to reinvest some of the money back Into the store for better and more reliable equipment, and a better management staff. read more

There's a reason the ratings are so low. My fries were stale and my crispy chicken sandwich wasn't fresh. I couldn't finish my meal. The salt and ketchup packets were thrown into the fries which grosses me out. I may be a germaphobe, but other fast food restaurants are generally better at not putting condiments directly on the food. It could be just due to poor training and not necessarily carelessness. The employees I interacted with were nice. Both the girl I ordered from and the man who delivered to my car were both very friendly. read more

I give this Sonic a chance every 3-6m. Today was one of those days and again my food was AWFUL! Cold stale fries in my child's meal. I should preface this by saying I lived in Oklahoma where Sonic is headquartered for many years. So I consider myself a bit of an expert (could be read snob) in what a Sonic experience is supposed to be like. And this ISN'T it. This was my second visit to this location and I will not be going back; which is sad because my office is nearby and it would be pretty convenient to satisfy my Sonic craving. The Super Sonic Cheeseburger was way overdone, almost burnt, and yet only slightly warmer than room temperature. The tater tots, normally my favorite item, were cold. Not just not hot, certainly not warm. Cold. I tried to microwave them for 30 seconds. They just turned soggy. I couldn't eat them. The Route 44 diet limeade I got had ice right up to the top. I bet there wasn't much more than the equivalent of a very small drink in there. At least it had the required limes and tasted (mostly) like it was supposed to. I'm so disappointed. I've wasted my money and I can't have Sonic even though it's so close. read more

This was the worst food experience I have ever had. I didn't have any food in the house and needed to go to the store. I went to sonic to get a quick dinner then go to the store In the morning. I got to the drive through and ordered. It took ten minutes for my food to be done. I got it and went home to eat. There was paper stuck to my cheese tater tot's and when I went to go eat my hotdog it was cold and the bun was cut upside down and right on the side so the hotdog and toppings were falling out. I pulled a piece of the hotdog off because it tasted really weird and it was literally green. I threw the whole thing away and didn't get any dinner. Sonic sucks and I'm never gonna go there again if this is what it's like. Don't recommend. read more

Food was cold and terrible. Obviously sitting in a warmer for quite awhile before they served it to me. Pretty gross and disappointing

If I could do zero stars I would. Please do not visit this restaurant. They continuously get your orders wrong. The manager Ashley will not help to rectify the inaccuracies and she is rude & unprofessional. We ordered a #1 with bacon. They gave a hamburger with only the buns. We kindly asked for the hamburger to be remade. A simple fix would be to remake it. She said "I took the order & thats what I thought you meant" and brought us lettuce & tomato in a hot dog container. She came to car aggressively & threw the container at us. I cannot believe this is the treatment and service we got. I'm in shock & disappointed because this is our neighborhood Sonic & we love this place. So unnecessary. read more

It's fast food. It's mediocre fast food. That said, I've been known to get my chili cheese tot on in the past. And their hot fudge sundaes are decent if the craving hits you at 11pm, like it did the other night...more on that in a sec. This Sonic is consistently slow. Slower than slow even. Recently it took 12 minutes (yes I timed it) for my order of a diet cherry limemade to get to me. Sure it was Happy Hour, but there weren't *that* many cars parked or in the drive thru. However what takes the cake was over this past weekend when I came for a hot fudge sundae. I drove up to the parking spot and pressed the shiny, red button... Server: Welcome to Sonic, may I take your order? Me: Yes, I'll have a hot fudge sundae with nuts and a cup of water please? Server: That was a hot fudge sundae with nuts and a cup of water? Anything else? Me: No, that's it. Server: Total is $2.96, we'll have that right out. Me: Thanks. Then it hits me, $2.96? A sundae is $1.99! I'm no mathematician but the taxes can't be that high! So I press the button again. Server: Welcome to Sonic, may I take your order? Me: It's just me again, I thought sundaes were $1.99? How does my order come to $2.96? Server: We charge .75 cents for the water. Me: For *tap* water, you're charging me .75 cents? Server: well it's for the cup... Me: A cup shouldn't cost me THAT much, especially since I'm buying food. Just cancel my whole order please. Server: So you want the *whole* order canceled? Me: Yes please. And I drove off, I didn't need the 530 calorie sundae anyway. While I understand the economy isn't what it used to be, this IS Sonic, I don't think they're doing so poorly that they need to charge .75 cents for a cup of water. I actually also called corporate and complained to them about this and they were totally unapologetic. In the future, I'll choose other crappy fast food selections over them. read more

Just saw a sonic commercial and was thinking what people thought of this location. Glad I'm not alone. This place is a joke. Tried 3 times once just drove off cause we asked for just a minute. Guess that meant we will never come back to take your order. 2nd time had to order two drinks like three times cause the girl working the drive through wasn't paying attention. Last time had the same experience had to repeat order multiple times. Then waited at the window a good 20 minutes for food that looked like it was made by a broken trash compactor. Not sure how this location is even open. Nice that it's close and the commercials make it look like a great place for food but avoid this location at all costs. The corporate office should really just close this location. read more
