Everytime I go to this location the employees are VERY unprofessional and rude 6206 E Broad St, Columbus, OH 43213. Tonight 5.26.25 the manager of the store said I got smart with her and locked the drive through window and would not serve me. First of all when I pulled up to the intercom she told me to hold and had me holding for 10 minutes. When I gave her my order she responded with a "What you say" because she already had an attitude and I only responded louder so she could hear me. She refused to give me the total and when I drove up to the window she said she ignored me because I got smart with her and proceeded to lock the drive through window. She and the other employees stood there for almost 15 minutes and would not serve me. There were other drivers that they did not respond to as well. Multiple cars drove off. Idk if it's management or what but something needs to be done. There's no way they think they can be rude and disrespectful to customers and get away with it. This lady lost the company money all because she felt entitled. The customer service SUCKS at this location. I filed a complaint and will make sure she Is hold responsible. One more reason for me to stop giving my money to these fast food restaurants who could care less about customers. read more

Every time I come to this location, I have been met with rude staff. I am continuously nice and respectful (as I was taught growing up), saying please and thank you and I just get rudeness and no customer service skills at all. I love Sonic but I hate coming to this location. Unfortunately, it is the closest location to me. The woman at the drive through window was very rude and closed the window when my dad was trying to ask her a question and just stared at us. I do not reccomend coming to this location for the lack of courtesy and politeness. I first had Sonic back in Missouri and fell in love with their shakes. Now, it's all about the dogs. Being from the Chicagoland area, I'm constantly on the lookout for a good Chicago Dog. I have to hand it to them, because they do a good job. They also have an awesome Chili Cheese Dog. They also have a very unique and delicious Onion Ring recipe. The breading has the same texture as the donuts from Smokey Bones. It's pretty good and definitely worth a try. The shakes speak for themselves. They have a very large combination of flavors, so you're sure to find one that you'll love. The breakfast sandwiches are among my favorites as well. I like a big breakfast sandwich and their Toaster (particularly the Bacon, Egg and Cheese on Buttered Toast) is awesome! I also love that yesteryear feel (not that I was there - lol) where you can park and have someone deliver the meal to your vehicle. It was originally intended for their servers to do it on roller skates, but I don't see it as much anymore. Still, it's a great place to eat. I sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes as the fourth car in line only to get up to the speaker and be told they couldn't take any more orders. No customer service skills there at all, in that, if you can't take orders, step outside and tell everybody in line. There were about 12 of us. This restaurant has had numerous problems over the past 3 years since the pandemic in 2020 & fails to produce orders right, cash out or be very apologetic when the cashier messes up on food orders by just rushing and handing out food. My husband & I came Saturday 5/27 at 3:49pm and sat there receiving our order constantly wrong and explaining it to one cashier and hanging the food back and them trying to correct the order then getting handed someone else's food and having to talk to another personnel just for the same thing to happen again and receive the car behind us food order. We wondered up just taking the half of our order they gave and leaving as our frustration would have caused conflict & as a military personnel I can not have problems or situations like this come about. I really don't think I can come back to try is location as it seems management & district need to temporary close this place and operate serious training with employees so that these mistakes can be corrected and this place can come back on the map like it once was. Their credit card readers in their stalls never work so a car hop has to walk away with your card to pay, which I think would make a lot of people uncomfortable. Their fried food has around a 50% chance to be acceptably cooked; either undercooked or overcooked half the time. Don't bother stopping at the parking menus. They don't provide bellhop service anymore. You just shut off your car, thought about what you wanted, pushed the button, and to be told you need to go through the drive through (which is slooow too - yay! paying for gas) to get service.
