Today I went to sonic because I was craving chili cheese dog in two cheese fries when I went to order I pressed the button and no one has responded or came out. I waited about 15 minutes still no one responded. This is the second time this has happened. read more

I ordered two limeade drinks all I got was LG sprites with some lime ‍ slice that doesn't make a limeade drink every other Sonic makes it right!so I asked for a coke instead what they gave me was a cup of ice very little coke and shitty attitude!! Won't be going back!! read more

this hoe laughed at my man when he said he wanted sweet cream in his ocean water.. and then put 0 sweet cream after he spent his precious, hard earned .69¢. i don't recommend read more

This sonic must've had a manager change because my first year in college it was terrible but I've had really good experiences recently. I love the mozzarella sticks! read more

I've gone to this sonic several times, each time is just a bad experience. Long waits, multiple stalls that don't work with no warning until after you pull in, and my order is almost never right. Honestly, it's better to drive across town and go to the sonic off Broadway near Conley than it is to go to this particular Sonic. read more

I love Sonic and have missed all of the goodness that's packed into the mozz sticks. This location was a little confusing to get to (there's no direct entrance off the main street), but they were fast, courteous and got my order right. Nothing to be upset about here except when I forget to breathe between bites. read more

Susan is the best customer service worker I have ever seen. She deserves a promotion and an insanely high raise. After her pure joy and helpfulness I have to go back to this Sonic. We love you Susan. read more

Coffee was not good. Only got one syrup not enough for French toast. 10/10 would not recommend read more

Sonic Drive-In - Vanilla cold brew - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Took forever. Was brought the wrong order multiple times. Shouldn't be waiting in my car for fast food for over an hour.

They don't let you up-charge and substitute in Sonic Blasts in their combos, but do let you with their shakes. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense considering I ended up opting for the shake and spent less money overall. Corporate policy or not, it'd be nice to see them give corporate the finger and do it anyway. Fairly quick service. Will upgrade rating when they make the menu more versatile with the aforementioned example. read more

I've only had positive experience at this sonic. My go to drink is the frozen limeade and I get it in the route 44 size. Something about lime drinks...Tonight I was torn between a vanilla shake or the Oreo cheesecake, so Patrick (my boyfriend) said he would order both and whichever I didn't like he would eat, whattaman. Haha. The Oreo cheesecake tasted artificial so I had the vanilla instead. You can never go wrong with vanilla. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Drive thru - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Ordered a cheeseburger, 5 chicken strips, a diet coke and a water and a "doggie cup" The cheeseburger was typical Sonic and good. The chicken strips were a bit overdone. The doggie cup was soft icecream in a cup that was rather large (and free) and was loved by a particular black lab that happened to be with us :-) 3 stars is A-OK which is what this visit warranted. read more

Absolutely horrible service we were there for over 30 minutes and they didn't even take our order yet

Most of the time I go to this location there tends to be a wait but I notice there's usually only one person running the food. I am usually not in a rush so I don't mind waiting even for just a soda. Every time the employee who runs out my drink is so kind and appreciative that I waited that I can't even be mad if I had to wait a little bit. I always wish I carried cash or tipped better on the app! They're always running around trying to get orders out, doing the best they can! Thank you to the employees who can still hand me my drink with a smile on their face even when it's busy and I'm sure stressful! Makes my day better having good interactions with them :) read more

Sonic Drive-In - Menu - Burgers Near Me - Columbia, Missouri

Just go to a different Sonic or a gas station if you're trying to get a soda before your nightshift. Went here tonight only wanting a soda with extra ice. The college kid on the mic thought it'd be cute to continuously repeat back something completely different than what I ordered. And when he got done playing his little tiddely winks, he wanted to try to say a ridiculous amount. The only time to go to this location is during breakfast hours where the employees are actually worth something. Otherwise, be prepared to waste your time. read more

Paige said it slaps (she's eating her tots now) - happy hour is bomb. The ranch hits a lil different

Totally sticks. I don't like this place at all. They increased my price and would not tell me why, but it delayed my order until I accepted the new price that they could not explain read more

I usually don't write reviews and I hate to be negative but after repeating our drink order four times to three different staff members, we still got the wrong order. We like getting drinks at Sonic but I am certain we will never come back to this location again. read more

Despite getting my burger wrong twice, they were so very accommodating and kind, that I'm giving this Sonic 5 stars. The manager actually made the third burger himself and brought it out to the vehicle. What a pleasant experience compared to other fast food chains. My family of 5 will definitely be back again! read more

This sonic is terrible about making cherry limeades (diet) correctly. Every cherry limeade is supposed to have a wedge of lime and a cherry. 50% of the time I order here, there is no cherry and no lime. I have called the manager and he has assured me that yes, a cherry and lime wedge should be in each drink. He gave me a free one that time since I called which was nice. Yesterday I got one again with no cherry and no lime. Today i tried again and I noticed that I had the same carhop as yesterday. I told her there was no cherry and no lime in yesterday's drink. Instead of apologizing she looked at me and said, "yeah I didn't put any in this one either". I said I have talked to a manager and he said all drinks should have it. She offered to go get me a cherry and lime but looked extremely put out about it so I opted to just leave without it. This happens all the time and is super frustrating. How hard is it to remember to include the two ingredients that are IN THE NAME of the drink that you are making? I'm only writing this hoping someone in charge of this Sonic reads these reviews. read more

Had to wait 15 min after pushing button multiple times to finally get help... Then she messed up the order. I would normally give them a pass but them messing the order up has happened multiple times... So I downloaded Yelp just to leave them a bad review, but food is good so idk... read more

I usually go to the sonic of business loop but I was on this side of town. The first thing that went wrong was that it took me 5 minutes to place an order. I pressed the button 6 or 7 times before they asked me what I wanted. We waited 15 min and pressed the button to ask where our food was. They said it was on the way out. The next thing was that of took them 25 minutes to bring the food out. As we wereabiut to pull away she came running out the door with our food. Fed up, I asked do I seriously have to pay for this? She sarcastically said yeah, why not? Not very happily we gave her out money and left. To find out after returning home, our order was wrong. Onions on our burgers and missing an order of tator tots. She gave us a strawberry limeade instead of a cherry limeade. And it was late at night so there were only about 5 cars there. Will not be returning. read more

After waiting 11 minutes because my server forgot a straw - I am not complaining about the server because she was so nice to me- I honked my horn because it was 11p.m. and no once else was on my side. I then had a manager in all black come up to me and yell "F*** you!" I explained that I waited 11 minutes for a straw and she began to cuss at me. So I left. I think that this Sonic is the worst fast food that I have ever been to. read more
