We pulled in about an hour before closing--just the brewery open--and still got the kind of hospitality you usually only get from family members who actually like you. They welcomed us (and our dogs) without hesitation. Met the owners, heard the incredible story behind their Instigator beer--a powerful tribute to a fallen soldier--and instantly understood why the place has so much heart. Oh, and the beer itself? Legit fantastic. The merch was dangerously cool. We grabbed shirts for the pups, who also scored Puppy Lattes because apparently they're influencers now. We stayed overnight in our Airstream through Harvest Host, slept great, and woke up already wishing we'd arrived earlier. Would absolutely go out of our way to come back. Stellar people, stellar beer, stellar vibe.

For Oklahoma shave ice I would give it a 5 but comparing it to real hawaiian shave ice which is super fine it's not quite there but the flavor was amazing, and not too sweet! You should totally give it a try!

I also decided to order a to go daiquiri with an extra shot of tequila. This place is a really fun concept and you can't go wrong with either drink option. Make sure to stop in...on purpose. Lol

I ordered what I regularly order but did not noticed very that their burgers don't come with mustard anymore, instead they come with mayo. Which was a big disappointment to me. Because I don't eat mayo at all. I know a lot of people like it but I don't at all. But it was my mistake for not looking at the menu good. I barely get a burger because they are bad for me and when I do I get mustard because it is so much healthier than mayo. Plus I don't like mayo anyway. Other than that the carhop was so friendly and I did not send the burger back because it was my mistake for not reading the menu better. And it taught me a lesson.
