But we had to because the other table option smelled like urine.

I debated back and forth with myself on if it deserved 3 or 4 stars but ultimately settled on 3 since the food was rather mediocre. Inside was very clean and the employee/ server was kind. He checked on us multiple times after serving our soup. We ordered on the kiosk when we first walked in. There were no desserts available at the time we went but there were multiple options on the menu! I don't know when they're available but I would've loved to try some. The kiosk also didn't give me any options to request extra lime, onions or jalapeños which was a bummer but I was able to request extra when served. I also don't know if they have Hanh Dam. I'm not sure if there's a free water option, but you can purchase a water bottle! Now onto the food. The boiled shrimp wrap was a 2/5. The noodles and rice paper were both a bit hard/crunchy, but the shrimp was fine! Good for boiled shrimp and the peanut sauce was delicious. The pho was a 3.5/5. We ordered the 1 protein pho with brisket and the 2 protein pho with double brisket and seemed to be served the same amount of meat. The brisket was not good quality. It was over 50% fat (some fat is fine but this was too much) and was dry even though it's being soaked in broth. The broth was too sweet in MY opinion, but my spouse thought it was fine. Everybody's taste buds are different so definitely make your own judgements! I thought it was comparable to the instant pho brand Pholicious. The limes were also super dry. I needed 5 slices to even get a decent amount of juice. The chili oil wasn't even a bit spicy and had no flavor. I liked the texture of the noodles but I can't get over how sweet the broth was. I used a ton of sriracha, some hoisin & even the tasteless chili oil to try and make it more savory. Thai tea was delicious! I don't like mine super sweet and they made it perfectly with the 75% sweetness. I really wanted to give a better review, but the food just didn't live up to the expectations.

The bahn mi sandwiches are superb, but I admit I'm usually in a hurry when I stop in so I'm more likely to get their sausage roll, a donut, or their amazing egg rolls! The place is small, but not tiny. Think "more upscale than a hole in the wall" I got the fried shrimp and the pork belly buns - both were delicious. I can't decide which I liked more. The shrimp was crispy, saucy and spicy. The pork belly was tender, flavorful and nicely complimented with crunchy veggies. I also got some wings because their sauces drew me in. I got the gochujang sauce and the pineapple sauce. The gochujang sauce was good, but that pineapple sauce was the bizness! Finishing off with some smooth and silky miso soup as a side. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I ordered the bún riêu (crab noodle soup). Portion size was good with plenty of toppings, but the broth was bland and lacked depth. The grilled pork bánh mì was flavorful but could've used more meat. Pork egg rolls were decent. Overall, glad I tried it, but I wasn't very impressed. Might've ordered the wrong dish.

Cafe Ti Bo is a Vietnamese restaurant in Edmond, OK that serves a variety of Vietnamese dishes. You…read morehave the traditional appetizers, vermicelli, egg noodle, glass noodle, rice platters, pho, and Vietnamese baguettes. I would recommend to come here for their special dishes such as Bun Cha Ha Noi, Bún Đậu mắm tôm, bún riêu, bánh khot, and bánh cuốn. Bún Chả and Bún Đậu are traditional northern Vietnamese dishes which usually come with grilled meats, vermicelli, vegetables and served with fish sauce. In Bun Cha, use lettuce to wrap these ingredients together whereas Bun Dau typically comes with wraps. I tried the Bun Cha and it was great. The mints at Cafe Ti Bo were super fresh. Bun rieu and bánh cuốn are more readily consumed dishes, no wrap or additional work needed. Bánh khot is like mini "bánh xèo" so if you like bánh xèo then this dish is a good alternative. The prices of these dishes are quite fair, $13-14, with good portion size. The kumquat and coconut juice was good but it did have a distinctive smell of pickled kumquat. The "che ba màu" which was their only dessert was excellent. With so many dishes left to try, Cafe Ti Bo is on my return list.
