$32 plus the tip Ordered several menu items one with a foot-long chili dog. I took one bite and when I went to cut the second piece I pulled a 8 inch long, black hair out of the chili dog. I returned it to the store. All she offered to do was to make me another one, I explained to her I had no appetite to eat anything now. , she never offered anything as far as credit or even to give me an apology. She did finally go and refund me $5.62 for the chili dog that she throw in the trash. I wasn't thinking I would've took a picture of it. Before giving it back to her. I don't usually do fast food. But I was craving for a milkshake late night. And what's good open out there? Didn't really had many options to choose. So I stopped here. This might be perhaps the third time I have tried something from sonic. And each time had ordered milkshakes. This time I had a cheesecake milkshake and my fiancé a mini blast of cookie dough. My shake was pretty good tho! But my five stars are all for service. The gentleman who was serving us is exactly that. A GENTLEMAN! The way he approached us and the attention he put into us was great. I need to ask him to go and apply to a high end restaurant. I don't usually rate fast food places because it's typically the same everywhere. I also really can't stand most options at fast food places so I'm very biased. I just wanted to say we got great service at this location while in a pinch on a Friday night. I just got a corn dog and a slushie and was OK with both. I really just wanted to put out the great service we got from the waitress and person taking our order and I'll be sure to let corporate know. I asked for a chili cheese coney with mayo meal with a Sprite Zero. They put a ridiculous amount of mayo on top of the hotdog. There was even more inside of the sleeve the hotdog. The only chili I saw was on the outside of the bun. They have always put the mayo on the inside of the bun so I was surprised at the presentation. I also received a Coke instead of the Sprite Zero. I should've said something at the time but I figured I would give the drink to someone else. I think the person working the call box was new. The best sonic in burleson! I have never had an issue, food comes out fast and staff is friendly.

The service has been declining steadily for years. They decided to being in the closer to finish it off. There is a new guy (long hair in pony tail) working here that does not even acknowledge customers. No hi, welcome to sonic, thank you, nothing. Beware of this dolt! Very good service great food hard to believe is fast food tastes very fresh. And very convenient to be able to wait in a car stall for your food instead of being rushed In a drive thru! I would definitely go back and eat and would recommend for a family outing they even have tables so you can sit down and eat! I love coming here for their double cheeseburgers and half price drinks daily from 2-4pm. They are always really fast and always correct! They are very friendly and the endless choices of drinks are amazing. Its fun trying to come up with fun flavors, also you can add little candies in your drinks which is different but suprisingly pretty good!! Prices are very afforable and they always have good specials, like their half price cheeseburgers on Tuesdays after 5pm!! Dont forget to try the yummy mozerella sticks with marina! So addicting! I come here more often then i want to admit. :) I think the only negative thing i would say is that their fries tend to be very salty and never fresh, sometimes they even look like they were dunked back in the oil to reheat them. read more
