I watched a woman walk up to the board, order, sit down, and get their food brought to them before me. Not the best visit today. The meal was warm, not overly hot, the issue today was it took FOREVER to get my order. Ugh. If you don't have 45 minutes to waste, avoid this place. We stopped in after a Cowboys game and it was not busy at all. We placed our order for 5 things, and then waited. And waited. And waited! I've never waited so long at a sonic in my life! We saw cars come and go in stalls around us, but still didn't have our food. I thought they forgot about us because the pay part on the order screen never popped up. When I pushed the button again, I was rudely asked, "What else do you want?" I simply asked when to pay since it never came up. 45 minutes later, and not exaggerating about that, we had our food. The guy who delivered it walked away with my credit card, which I wasn't a fan of. When we went through our food, it was terribly made. The burgers looked slapped together sloppily. I have been here for lunch several times and each time I am sure i will get a hot fresh made cheese burger, but no. You can tell they cook the patties ahead and keep in warmer because the cheese is barely melted. Tater tots could stay in a minute longer, they take out to soon and they are soggy soaked with grease. There was no sweet 'n low packets in the bag which wasn't a big deal but I was in a hurry so I got out of my car to get some.
