It's actually real people, they have baggers that bag your grocery up. They will help escort you to your vehicle. This is old school customer service type grocery store and the prices are just the same as anywhere else if not a better deal. Once, while I was debating how a seasonal product might taste, an employee overheard me and offered to open a box so I could sample it. I was honestly surprised to learn that they'll open almost anything for you to try. I declined and bought it anyway, but that level of service really impressed me. I also love how Central Market leans into the seasons. Their themed décor changes throughout the year, adding charm and warmth from the entrance to the back of the store. One Christmas, a violinist was performing near the seafood counter. Shopping for dinner while listening to live holiday music was such a special touch and exactly the kind of experience that makes this place stand out.
