I have been seeing the commercial for the double grilled cheeseburger that they just added to the menu, so I was hype to try it after my long shift of being a server. I ordered it with no mustard because I don't eat mustard. Anyways, I didn't bother to check it because the mentioned they were short staffed and so I was trying to get out of there as soon as I could. I got home, hype to try my burger and it was SO BURNT & COVERED in mustard. I was exhausted after my shift so I didn't have enough energy to drive back to complain about it so I just left it alone. The reason I didn't rate lower though is because the staff was still friendly, I also ordered tater tots & onion rings that were delicious & got a huge Route 66 coke that was to die for. My husband said the tots were 'too burnt' for him but I thought they were pretty good. I ate the onion rings in the car ride home cause I was hungry so I don't have a picture but they were good. I understand being short staffed, having a history of restaurant business myself, however, I still don't understand how hard it is to read a ticket and make out the correct food. read more

Just went there to get some lunch. I had most of my money on a card and $.61 in change so I asked the lady when she came out if they took tap to pay, she said yes I told her that I was also using change. She perceived to say oh Lord and goes in and talk to her manager, comes back and tells me that they do not take partial payment. I have done this before, so I have never heard of such nor does it make any sense at all. I will not be bringing my money back to this place, especially when you get harassed by homeless men in the parking lot. Do better because the food isn't even that good. So now I'm leaving with low blood sugar and still no food and hoping that I will make it to the next place before I pass out. read more

Horrible service today. We went to the drive up stall and the girl took only our drink orders. Then gave me Diet Coke instead of regular coke. When the girl delivered our drinks we told her we weren't done with our order and she just walked away. We pressed the red button, waited about 20 minutes and nobody answered. We went to another one and the same thing happened. No answer. I walked up to the kiosk and no answer. We ended up going through the drive thru. read more

Immediately upon driving up to the drive-thru, the girl at the register seemed to have an attitude. We could not understand when she said SOMETHING? We didn't know if we were supposed to order or not. I had a question so I asked it. The girl, obviously, didn't hear me. So, my husband repeated the question louder to her. There was a pause. So, he asked again. She then yelled, "Are you asking me?" Aggravatingly, he said, "Well, yeah." That is when she said, "Have a nice day." "Excuse me," he said. She again repeated, "Have a nice day." He said, "Does that mean you are not serving us?" She said, "Yes, have a nice day." I worked in customer service for over 15 years and I never refused service to anyone. Seems pretty silly that she would. When he asked for the manager, she said, "I am the manager." "Have a nice day!" If owned this establishment, I would be concerned about going out of business. We went over to a neighboring facility and had a very pleasant experience. The lady was kind. She helped us figure out what we wanted. She went out of her way to make sure we got what we ordered. She was a blessing to the establishment for which she works. I understand that customers can be a pain; but, I feel like we were treated unfairly. So, Sonic is no longer on my list of establishments to visit in the future. read more

Ordered a footlong coney meal with chili, cheese, onion and mustard. Got to the window, paid, and when she handed me the bag I said where is my footling coney? She said oh they put you down for a regular American. I said that is not what I ordered, but to not cause a scene I just took it and left. So I get home pull my hot dog out and was confused cause for one there was relish when I certainly didn't order it and then it was all smushed. Placed an order on the Sonic app. Had us in stall #1 forever. Mashed the button to check on order. They tried to bring us someone else's order twice! No way in hell it takes this long for an order of mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks! When it final came out, the sticks were cold. This is some bull$#i+! PS: If you order one of the new burst drinks, make sure they give you the boba straw. You'll never suck out the bubbles without it. read more

Oh, Good Grief, Sonic. I am being NICE w/ two stars...I was IN LINE AT LEAST 20 minutes, maybe 25...the slushie machine was not working/broken. Huh? They forgot my shake, had to remind them. And then there was NO whipped cream, OH, they were OUT of that! No graham cracker topping on the shake, either. (I noticed that after I got home, but whatever...). Buffalo Chicken had I think ONE teaspoon of Buffalo sauce on them. I ordered a large, and I got a...medium. I want to LOVE Sonic, but I am having a hard time right now doing so. read more

I went to the drive through yesterday for lunch and was shocked by the lack of health precautions. The young woman taking my payment and giving me my food at the window had a mask on her chin and neck. How is not covering her mouth and nose going to help prevent the transmission of the corona virus or any other illnesses? In addition, I saw another young woman inside, apparently waiting to receive an order to take outside to a customer, put her hand on her mouth. Again, no mask. If I can't trust the actions of the employees that I can see, how can I trust the ones I can't? I will not be going back to this sonic. Apparently this side of town isn't the place to go to get food. Ordered food, nothing crazy just 2 combos, and ended up waiting 20 mins while everyone behind us was getting their food and leaving not to mention everything we ordered was wrong and cold after waiting that 20 mins. They decided to bring our food when my husband was getting out the truck to go cancel it and get our money back. Also the girl taking the money had nails too long to work the register so she had to get another girl to help her, which is really unsanitary in my opinion when working around food. We ordered sonic blasts with hot fudge. We were charged extra for the fudge. What we received was milkshakes that were the wrong size. We took them back and had to wait through a long drive through for them to give us blasts with no hot fudge in them and they were not filled to the top of the cup. I had to go into the building to tell them they had no hot fudge which we paid extra for. The worker took the blasts and put a few pumps in (barely anything) and brought them out. As I ate the blast it was mostly vanilla ice cream with no cookie dough or hot fudge. I did not eat it nor did my husband. Terrible!!! What a waste of $12 and change! I will never go back! read more

Oh Sonic, how I love thee. Tis Sonic is the same as any other Sonic, but I had great service at this location. I wish that all fast food was as efficient as this facility. First, the staff was extremely friendly from the moment I pulled up and the service was extremely quick. After receiving my order everything was extremely hot and fresh, I could tell nothing had been sitting under a heat lamp. I was at booth number 9 for over 20 minutes today. I waited so long that I to press the red button a second time. This is highly unacceptable. I finally had to pull to the drive thru. Sonic food isn't bad for cheap food, but the service at this restaurant is horrible. Twice I've.gone through the drive through for the nimwit at the window to tell me they can't make change....ok, if you don't have change put up a sign or tell people when they order. And for the love of all that is Holy, check your order when you get it and make sure if you order something messy (like wings, or chili chz tots) you check to see if they gave you a fork...because they won't. Its hit or miss as with most fast food. Have had a few terrible experiences there but the store manger Keith is nice enough. He excepted full responsibility for their short comings and made it right.
