Unfortunately, our experience with Keith and his business has been deeply disappointing. After receiving over $12,000 in January for contracted work at our church, he has failed to complete the job. Despite multiple attempts by my husband and one of our board members to reach out, he only stopped by sporadically--running a few wires and hooking up televisions the church had already purchased.
As a small church, we extended grace in hopes he would follow through on the work he agreed to and signed a contract for. Sadly, that has not happened. It now appears he believed we had no recourse, but we will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter.
I cannot in good faith recommend Keith or his business to any church. In fact, we feel it is necessary to inform other churches in our organization throughout Michigan about our experience so they can avoid a similar situation. read more
