He gives accurate estimates for when servicing will be done. I do wish that they had longer hours. It's darn near impossible to get a Saturday appointment and the hours during the week are mostly 9:00-18:00 except for 9:00-20:00 on Thursday.

I was also told that if I contacted the store again I would have legal action taken against me. This store is not customer friendly in my opinion. This shop maybe a 1%er store. Beware as the owner makes threats.
