I got another 33 bucks out of her on the lease and im gonna try and get her to get more and they both laughed. He glanced over at me and walked away. I then texted my gf and told her to STOP and come to where I was. 2mins later she came and I told her they were trying to rip her off on the lease price. We were discussing leaving and the sales guy came to get her back and he said anything wrong. I told her to take care of it. She turned and said to him ...oh I've changed my mind. We are going for a 33 dollar bite to eat...He looked dumbfounded and i started laughing. He looked over and it was like a bell when off when he saw my face and we were together. Shady

Just a bought a 2025 civic hybrid touring from them. Initially booked a black civic but with all of…read morethe recalls that Honda just put out, the salesperson John told me I could not get the black on my delivery date and all other colors were available and since I had already sold my current car and needed the new one ASAP, I decided to go with the blue as it was the only other dark color. The day before the delivery the salesperson John sends me pics of my car and I see that it has grey/white seats which I was not made aware of before. The black only comes with black seats and logically I assumed they will provide a car with black seats since I never requested for white/grey seats but they don't think the color of the seats is a big enough deviation to let the customer know apparently. After refusing delivery for the Blue with white/grey seats they asked me to choose another color since they don't have any blue with black seats either. Ultimately had to go with a white car since I do not like any of the colors. Although white is okay for my taste but I went out to buy a dark colored car and had to take one that is farthest from my preference all because of the incompetence of Honda and this dealership. Also, They markup all cars with a 2000$ package that includes free windshield replacements, GPS etc. Most of these items are already in the car or available with an insurance. I managed to get these markups removed but they wouldn't sell the car without mats. Now I have 240$ mats sitting at home because I never wanted them. Already bought aftermarket mats. They make you sign an agreement that states you cannot pay off the financing before 6 months and if you do, you have to pay Westgate Honda a fine of 1000$. which is sort of Illegal since the Honda Financial Services Canada Website clearly states "All retail loans from HFS are open. You may pay the full balance at any time without prepayment penalties."
