Voice in the background stated id I didn't like it to send the "fucking thing" back. Cost me more to send it back than the refund. Horrible and nasty, worst customer experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF!!!!

In frustration the bike did not start on the time it was towed from the shop. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. Beware of the scammers. There location is london ontario canada.

He gives accurate estimates for when servicing will be done. I do wish that they had longer hours. It's darn near impossible to get a Saturday appointment and the hours during the week are mostly 9:00-18:00 except for 9:00-20:00 on Thursday.
