It's a hit with locals, a lot of families and business lunches. Dishes are moderately sized. There is a lot of selections of meats and dishes. Chile en Nogada is a plate that's in season and very delicious. I've never seen anything quite like it. It had very fresh ingredients such as parsley and pomegranate. Beautiful dish! Prices are a bit more expensive then else where but it was well worth it.

It took quite a bit of explaining but they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions of those in our group (gluten free & vegans). We got our own personal space in a back building that was very clean and had the kitchen open for us to see. The rest of the space was very nice, though it's a little difficult to find (sort of behind the Nissan dealership). If you need to do serious explaining of meals or negotiating, I recommend doing it in Spanish (there didn't seem to be many people who spoke fluent English). This restaurant was fantastic and if I host another conference in Puebla I'd definitely come back here.

The drinks were decent, and the cookies had a nice texture, though a bit on the sweet side. The total came to around $20 USD. Service was polite, and the space is clean and inviting. Overall, a pleasant place for a casual stop, though nothing particularly stood out. We returned the next morning for breakfast and tried the frittata and avocado toast, along with two coffees. Both dishes were delicious--fresh and well-seasoned--but served a bit cold, which was a slight downside. The total for this visit was approximately $35 USD. Still, it was a good experience and a nice spot to start the day.

They cold-press their own almond milk, which is amazingly rich, creamy, and delicious! And try their freshly made juices, which combine different fruits and vegetables for really unique flavor profiles. For breakfast, you can't go wrong with their Eggs Benedict. The homemade Hollandaise is rich and delicious, and the eggs were perfectly poached. Also try the Chilaquiles. They offer it with egg or chicken and the green sauce is to die for. In addition to the kitchen and coffee, they also sell interesting coffees, wholesome chips, gluten-free pastries, and superfoods that are made by local businesses. I did arrive a little bit early and I think that they had opened-up just minutes earlier. One of the things that I wanted to order, tacos de pastor, were not ready yet. Not a big deal. Instead I settled on two tacos de pollo milenesa. I wasn't sure how spicey their salsa really was, so I skipped on the salsa altogether. I actually eat a lot of tacos without salsa and they taste just as good to me. The ambiance was up-to-date and the restaurant was nice and clean. The tacos de pollo milenesa were just what the doctor ordered!
