Fastforward a few weeks later, and I get an email that contains the words "Free Bundt Cake on your birthday." I was confused for a brief moment but then I recalled being signed up for this treat by my caring spouse. First and foremost, I am happy to have a new business here in Grand Junction. Growth and progress are things to cheer, without a doubt. So, on my birthday, we wandered into their store. It is a nice and bright store, and I was greeted by a young and cheerful staff. I told them of my free pass on the "Bundt Cake Eating" feast and they showed me the case with all the little and big cake things. "Things" is what I use for unknown species of cakes. I am not a dessert guy, but I chose one that my brain said, "Yummy looking." I took it home, ate it, and realized that it was a trap the whole time. My wife signed me up so I would go to the store, but little did I tell you guys that she got a Bundt cake for herself.
