So we did and thus we found "Flower World". It started with interaction with Susan, clearly a lovely woman who cares about their customers. Let me say this first, they seem to be "old school ". They talk to you about what you need and take the time to work with you. There's no " just go to a web site and order. I appreciate their policy and since it was for a death in our family it was comforting to be able to talk about what we needed. Susan was wonderful. Along the way there was a glitch and initially I thought it was there fault. They said they delivered the basket but no one was home so Doug the owner and the person who personally delivers the item, left the basket but called to alert my cousin of the delivery. Well my cousin claimed they never got it. Very upsetting, since we had a fiasco with the first florist in Vero Beach. I assumed they were all crooks. I called Susan who assured me it was delivered but promised to resolve it even if they had to bring a second basket. The next morning I spoke to Doug who explained that he definitely delivered it but if I had a different phone number he would deliver a new one. A real gentleman. A short time later I got a call from another family member telling me that the original recipient actually did receive the basket. Not exactly sure what went on there but I immediately called Doug to cancel the second basket All I can say is this is an A1 Florist who you can count on to be honest and professional. Whenever I have a need in Vero Beach or anywhere Flower World services I will be using them, and I would take it as a personal favor if you would use them too. I have also informed all my relatives in the area of how wonderful and trustworthy they are.
