Moreover, it has disturbed me greatly to see that many places that offer "chips" are selling french fries. Like what we have in America. These are NOT chips. This place not only does chips right, requiring at least an inch in diameter and almost have to get that much in sickness, made from entire potatoes, these are real. They also make your fish fresh to order and give you a lot of it. Basically, my entire trip to the UK has been salvaged. Thanks, Rose's!
