The Office Manager stated she needed printed x rays and that they did not have the ability to review the disk . Wow, really, in 2013? She was overbearing, dismissive of the pain my mother was in and flatly said that the doctor would not see her without X-rays on film, not even for an initial look or even to retake X-rays. Not a quality I look for in my healthcare provider. I certainly hope they didn't bill back insurance for this 'visit'. Shame on you, Dr. France, for promoting such an unacceptable atmosphere in your practice.
