Also, my husband and I were talked to equally about our car and not just my husband since he's a man. They were very honest about everything that could be an issue with the car we were interested in. Many things even small things were acknowledged to be done by the time we came back the next morning to finalize our purchase. Wyatt was very helpful with conversations through emails since my husband and I came a long distance to see the car.

So I called the bank Monday and got preapproved for the loan at 4:34pm. My loan officer called Rick Mccrystal the salesman I was talking to he said that he would hold the vehicle for me for the following day. So I got there Tuesday morning at 9pm I talked to Rick a little, then he took me to Barry where I signed the papers for the mustang. I gave him my 4,000 that was going in the deal and the title to my other car. They asked if I had anything I needed out of the other car before I left in the mustang and I said yes " I have quite a bit " so they had me pull next to the mustang to transfer my items over just as I started to put my items In the mustang Rick comes out and says " hold on Cameron I think that car sold last night " so I wait a little and he comes back and says " yeah that car sold last night" so I had to go back in there and sign to void the contract that we just signed because they didn't know they already sold the car I had just bought. I hope I can save someone else the trouble of dealing with this excuse of a dealership! I've bought cars easier from used car lots than Alton Blakley Ford.

During a recent visit, an apparent faulty oil filter O-ring was broken and caused most of the oil to leak out after I left the service department. I pulled over after the low oil pressure light illuminated. I called the dealership and spoke with Brandy who orchestrated and dispatched a team of four service technicians,l who came to my location, completed the necessary repairs, filled me up with oil, while they were off the clock and on their own time. I was so very impressed with this that I can't sing their praises enough. I'm at the dealership today, as I'm writing this because they're completely washing my engine and undercarriage and giving me a voucher for my next oil change. It's rare to see a business go to such effort to take care of a customer. I could not be more pleased and impressed with the quality and character of these individuals and the business they work for. Only this service department will work on my van and I'm truly a customer for life. Well Done to all and thank you. Special accolades to Brandy (sales), Lamar, Trey, Lyle and Jacob ( service reps & techs).

My life would not have been possible had they not gone so far out of their way to protect not only my investment with them, but also my ability to get to work and even football practice mattered to them. Trust your sales guy, buy the best warranty for you, honor the maintenance requirements for their power train warranty, and you can't go wrong with this team. Kyle sold me, Justin managed my case, and Ray moved mountains. Thank you, gentlemen. I love driving your vehicles and trusting your service. My vehicle is no longer a point of stress in the back of my mind. God Bless.

We drive like old people because we are old people ... we never have mechanical issues with anything, but we bought the Alpha Priority One warranty they offered because we are retired on a fixed income. In about 2K miles it developed a serious vibration requiring a Torque Tube. The Dealer service department handled everything under warranty at no charge to me. This is a known problem with these C7 Corvettes. The new one failed right away, evidently having the same problem common to so many. The Service Department explained that the part was OEM new, but must have been older stock with the same problem. The Service Department contacted Chevy and obtained a new Torque Tube with the issue corrected. Shortly thereafter, the car developed another problem and both rear axle shafts were replaced with new OEM parts at no charge to me. At that point, the repairs would have been more than $10K if I was paying for them. At 65, I've had more warranty issues with this car than all the other cars I have owned in my life combined, but that's fine. Anything mechanical can have issues, but the car drives like brand new now, They way we drive, it averages more than 35MPG on the highway ... pic attached since I know that is hard to believe if you haven't owned late model Corvettes. My son and Don Franklin are closing on the identical 2019 version of this car this weekend.
