My throat was bothering me and I had congestion so they did their standard tests after taking my vitals and other information.. The person who did my intake was a bit short and brisk in the manner in which she spoke to me and the wait after the quick tests was a long time (understandable because there was minimal noise barrier so it sounded like someone was having an emergency-heart attack in another room so there needed to be other staff on hand), but otherwise front desk was polite and patient in answering my questions and the doctor was funny and sweet. She told me that I unfortunately had *the diagnosis* and then told me I should " go under the covers, Netflix, Doordash" and offered me a lollipop treat at the end. She also wrote a helpful doctor's note (without me even asking) so I could give to my workplace.

I see the doctor, who I explain my symptoms to, the doctor did everything within her power to assist in that moment, which included, as a precaution providing an exemption document for work for the next day. After speaking with the doctor someone comes in, then swab my nose for the Flu and Covid virus, which came back negative. It was then advised that bloodwork would be taken for further test--The lady enters the exam room with the gloves already on and fumbles around with several items before attempting to stick me---My skin is pretty much see-through so usually it's easy to get blood, but of course she misses veins in both my arms and then say, "are you afraid of needles". While annoyed, I responded as politely as possible "no I'm not, it's human nature to flinch when pain is being inflicted but I didn't move my body". Due to this, I was told I had to get my blood taken at a Lab and was provided a referral along with my discharge documentation. Once in my car I reviewed the documentation, notice there's no address on the LabCorp referral and the return-to-work letter was for the date seen. I immediately call and speak with someone about the letter and LabCorp address and was told the letter would be emailed and I could go to any LabCorp. Guess what, NO LABCORP in NJ is open on Sundays and I'm still waiting for the letter to be emailed (2days later). This visit was a waste of my time and money, googling my symptoms and suggested medications would have been a better experience. I patiently waited for my symptoms to die down to ensure I wrote an honest review. Well, honestly since nothing I went to the office for was addressed, I wish I could give ZERO stars!

She takes "First, do no harm" seriously, and is careful not to prescribe unnecessarily. I have found the side-effects of medication and, unfortunately, surgery, are sometimes bad enough to avoid the treatment altogether. It's good to have a doctor that isn't so eager to do something that she does something ill-advised. I have seen Dr. Pride a couple of times when Dr. Schram hasn't been there. She is kind and caring and if Dr. Schram isn't available, I feel quite comfortable seeing her. I saw Dr. Snyder once. He is friendly and personable and was quite helpful. A response to people who love the doctors but rate the practice low because of wait times: If you want to see a really good doctor, expect to have to wait sometimes. I know it's hard to wait around when you're sick, but when lots of people are sick, you're going to have to wait. A doctor can only see one sick person at a time.

BUT BUT BUT, Dr. Minifra is on an extended maternity leave, and left her patients care to her assistant, Denise Hernandez A.P.R.N. On December 18th, I made a video appointment with Denise, during this call everything went well; as usual. I was told by Denise as we ended the call, to follow up in 2 weeks. TWO WEEKS LATER...... I go to MyChart to schedule a follow-up with Denise, and I can't schedule an appointment, there are NO PROVIDERS LISTED!! Also, there was no way to send a message!! I call the office next, and I'm transferred to someone who tells me "You've been discharged from this practice!! SHOCKED!! ME?? WHY?? All that was explained to me was that "They are short staffed". Next, I was told that they would provide 1 month of medication while I find another provider. Now, for most people this might be ok, but for me, I'm on Controled Substance meds, and finding another provider is More than Difficult, and I explained them of this; THEY DID NOT CARE!! Being a patient with 3 chronic conditions in need of continuous medications, this type of behavior should be ILLEGAL!! Doctors take an oath, to "DO NO HARM", these Doctors Harmed Me Terribly!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS!!

We have been going there for the last 9 years, and they have always been there for us. During Covid when other pediatricians offices were sending their patients to CVS and urgent care centers, the Ped Center was open, standing out in the cold to see all the children AND their families. They are there whenever I have needed them, and I have been there on almost every holiday. I have never been told no, or there is no time for my child. I was hugged and supported as my son was taken out of the office via ambulance at one of our worst moments. Romelia, the nurse practitioner called to check on me in the following days, which is rare these days. Nurse practitioner Clare McKegney has never judged or laughed at any silly questions I have. Dr Moskowitz spent many visits explaining how best to help my child, helping him to avoid the hospital, and ensuring we are making the best choices for him. I know a lot of the staff by name, and they are always kind and caring. Dr Chin, Dr Visci have always been so helpful and caring. They speak to the child, and not just the parents. My sons love all of the drs!

She has a spaced out vaccine calendar schedule, giving max 2 at a time, and didn't blink when I said we were moving to Africa... but instead grabbed my sons hand (he's 2.5 months) and exclaimed at all the adventures we were going to have. I liked her immediately. She then reassured me on the medical facilities on the cities in Africa we would be at. Nice. All in all, I really recommend her. It's refreshing not to have to fight the vaccine issue, or international travel.

I have had to tell too many doctor (back in the 1980s and '90s) that *I* pay their salary, whether it is via insurance or not, and I am not paying them to be treated poorly. My time is JUST as important at theirs. Enter Changebridge. I have never had to wait, they have called me if an appointment could not happen or had an incredible wait (very, very infrequently, but it happens), I have never seen a pharmaceuticals rep in there ever (granted, it is no longer cricket for them to offer a free trip to Hawai'i any longer, but that's fine with me. My doctor is Dr. Frank Iannetta, and he has been so for the time I have gone there. I love him; he took a lot of time to learn about adult-onset muscular dystrophy (DM Type II), always offers advice, looks into any question I have, not religious and always has a laugh with me over so many different issues outside of medicine. He listens, chats, but is serious and totally qualified to help with anything. Another excellent quality is that Changebridge has relationships with so many other types of specialty medical practices that I have gotten audiology, podiatry, cardiac, pain management and so many other kinds of help. I take almost no medications (the list is 6 now, not 10 and far less than the amounts I've been on). I also go to PT three times a week, and I feel just INCREDIBLE! I go primarily to Dr. Iannetta, but any doctor there is just wonderful. My husband and I both go; he really likes to go to Dr. Pallay, who is very medically knowledgeable, but he is focused on the medicine and not a "chat" kind of doc; I love Dr. Iannetta because he is the exact opposite. Both kinds as well as everyone in-between is right for many patients. None of the doctor or nurses are any the less gifted in medicine. I know all the staff (for the most part) and speak to them all with delight. I enjoy every person there. They all bring something special to the experience. They do a lot for any patient. I cannot recommend them enough. I would not even know where to begin with how much they have done for me over...I think more than 30 years. We have lived in Parsippany now for 32 years. I think what actually brought me here the first time was when I decided "I haven't had a physical in awhile. I should go get one." and looked around for doctors. I discovered that nowadays, you're hard-pressed to find individual doctors, so I went for the clinic, and CMA seemed to have good reviews. Since then, I've had a few physicals, gone in a few times with illnesses. Every time, I have been treated well, promptly, curing whatever I came in with and helping with whatever they find. So like today? Just the physical? They reassured me most of my vitals were fine, pointed to the one that was a little out of whack, and presented suggestions for how to fix it. Sat patiently with me to discuss until we were on the same page. VERY friendly and thorough. And that even goes to the desk staff. I have never had a bad experience with any person at CMA, never had a misdiagnosis or the wrong meds. Nothing. OK, a couple of times I got a charge for the blood work they did, but this time I think we've learned, tell them up front it's diagnostic and not preventative. Again, even the separate-building blood lab (which I think moved into a new, larger space) is friendly and helpful. #CMA4EVA
