I was in a predicament and he offered to help me over the phone. I explained the key had broken off in the Armoire lock and I was not able to get it open. It's good to know there are still ethical businesses out there! I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

They were flexible, very easy to communicate with, pretty cheerful throughout, and super well priced. They also did an amazing job fitting everything into the storage unit, which really was a bit too small for my things (which was entirely my fault). This is not a professional, staffed moving company, more like an entrepreneurial guy who runs this as a business, but they are licensed and insured, were careful with my things, and really did a fantastic job. I can definitely recommend!
