It's an array of items, mainly hemp bags and purses, some pretty cute ones -- one was emblazoned with 'LOVE' for $24. The kind of stuff that you'd see at Woodstock or a Grateful Dead concert. Photos of John Lennon and Jim Morrison lined the floor -- the store looks like it's still being put together. Also spotted were some very cute sundresses -- also $24. The prices were very reasonable. There was the incense -- good kinds, cones and rods, and also those rope sandals that look extremely uncomfortable, but are allegedly quite the opposite. I ended up settling on a macrame water bottle holder that slings over your shoulder. A great idea for me, as I'm always losing them on my outings -- and at the price, $5, it couldn't be beat.

They also stock so many popular, well-loved brands, which makes it a go-to spot when you want something you know will be a hit. And the gift wrapping? Unreal. Everything is wrapped so beautifully and thoughtfully--it honestly feels like part of the gift itself. You can tell they put care into every detail. Looks up, but no hello or how may I help you. We were there about 15 min never acknowledge us or did we need help like we were invisible. Finally, my daughter said "uh let's get outta here" I just assume that anyone that has a business is in it to make money, but apparently they were not desperate enough to sell items to black people. My advice....put a sign on you door "Black's Not wanted Here"

I couldn't quite figure out if this was a young woman's store or perhaps a more hip, designer version of Forever 21. I should have inquired, but it kind of freaked me out that I couldn't tell. I dunno about you, but my 10-16 y/o will not be allowed out of the house in half the things I found in this store. Everything is really cute, but a little too sophisticated and perhaps "showy" for a younger gal. They have tank tops, bottoms, shoes and dresses- very expensive tanks, bottoms, shoes and dresses at that. If I could get my head around who this store was marketed to, perhaps I would have a better time reviewing it.

Crazy Beautiful used to be located on Walker Avenue by the University of Memphis, but has recently moved on over to midtown...and I couldn't be happier about it due to its new prime location...even though they are no longer literally down the street from me (sad face). For starters, the new store is gorgeous! And right in the heart of Memphis...Overton Square. They still have the same phenomenal clothes that they have always had...in addition to shoes, purses, and accessories. Oh, and I was never a boot girl until I saw their boots. Now I know how to rock them. Come to think of it, I didn't know how to rock a lot of things before I discovered this store. That is part of their charm. They dress you and your body type. I get to wear so many things I never thought I could pull off because they style you. And we don't really have stylists in Memphis. So go play "dress up" with them. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the staff couldn't be nicer. No exaggeration, I think 50% of my closet is Crazy Beautiful. Adore them.
