We received awesome assistance from both Edwing and Lisolette! Edwing works the Versace fragrances, while Lisolette is for Jo Malone, however, what makes these two such a great team is that they both help each other if someone is busy! And I love love LOVE that so much! At first, we were looking for the newest Jo Malone scent that was brought back, Ginger Biscuit. They didn't have it yet and so, my sister decided she wanted to spray the ones that they did have so she can smell them. It was funny because while I was spraying on the tester sticks to smell them, I think she could've sprayed every inch of her body with a different scent! lol She was so cute! Lissolete was super helpful with bringing more suggested scents out and Edwing was awesome with assisting my sister in matching her pH with the best scent for her! It worked cuz the ones she chose were delicious on her! I have smelled the Versace fragrances before, my daughter wears Dylan Blue, but there were several scents that I haven't been introduced to. Idk howcome! I thought they were overpowering but I'm just going to say that Edwing made me fall inlove with a scent that I HAD TO HAVE! lol What was awesome about it is that he gave us a great deal and even suggested to purchase the best value with free gifts!! I loved it so much that my sis decided she was also going to give one to our other sister for her birthday!! Also...let me tell you about their scent samples! Edwing provided us with some awesome samples for both Versace and Michael Kors for our husbands and sons. After he already provided us with the gentlemen's samples, he caught me smelling another female perfume and he asked me if I liked it...I thought it would be great for my daughter but I wasn't sure if she'd like it as much as I do so he also gave me a sample for her! I left with a nice bit of samples for my fam to test and now if they like them...guess where I'll be going to purchase them? You guessed it...with Edwing at the Versace counter at Macy's in Pembroke Lakes Mall. We bought 2 bottles from both counters. lol We will definitely be back there soon! Thank you Edwing and Liselotte!! You two are a great team!! Go visit the fragrance counters at Macy's to meet them! You will get the VIP treatment!

They are very helpful, never pushy, and always truthful. When I ask their opinion they are honest. And that's not a common experience in today's world. The clothing and accessories are great quality, and the brands and styles they carry are rarely seen in other stores. The prices are very reasonable for the quality they carry. They constantly get more merchandise , daily I believe. You may not see the same items twice. If you haven't been there yet, give Foxes a try. I think you will be very impressed!

Whether it be candy, clothing, electronics, phone accessories or toys, they had a good bit of everything. Furthermore, this store was way more tidy than other smaller ones I've been to shoutout to the employees for that. If there's one thing about FB it's that they can be a total mess & luckily that's not the case here. Also, the few employees I saw were friendly & offered assistance. Some were actively organizing. They had most of the typical things you'll find across all locations. Since the store is big they also had things that I haven't seen at others. I found some cool "World's Smallest" figure that I almost walked away with but self control is huge in a place like this. It seems like they stay updated in terms of products so I'm looking forward to seeing what they have during the holidays (Halloween especially). Although I'm a fan, I'll be the first to say that some of their pricing is crazy. I can't justify spending over $10 on a product at a store that ACTUALLY used to have everything under $5. I understand times have changed but that's my biggest issue with them. It's in an easily accessible location & has plenty of parking out front. Although it's not the closest FB to me, I think it's worth the extra few minutes to come out to this one.

This is one of those places that you can definitely spend a lot of time browsing around. For a store this big I was actually surprised at how well maintained it was, things weren't thrown all over the place like I've seen at other stores. I had minimal contact with any staff there but the guy who was by the self checkout area was very nice.
