I stopped in here recently while in Pembroke Gardens. I don't shop here too often but wanted to see what they had that was new. The ladies working there were helpful. I saw some pajamas that were nice but they did not have my size. I could have ordered them online but prefer to try something on first to make sure it fits right. I give this store a 4 because it is a little cluttered, especially at the back of the store. It can be hard to find what you need, especially when there are several customers nearby as when I was here. I will come back again tinsel what they offer. read more

Soma in Delray Beach was a disgusting experience. I walked in and was the only customer and the 2 associates ignored me and kept chatting with each other. When I finally got their attention they did NOT listen to what I wanted and when I clarified my request the salesperson raised her voice and at that point I walked out and will NEVER walk into one of their stores again. read more

My wife and I drove all the way from downtown Miami to the aventura mall only to find there is no Soma location here. She is 6 months pregnant and we are very unhappy about the inconvenience. I called the customer service line to confirm there is no longer a location here and the customer service representative Monique was very rude and refused to help us resolve the issue. Very disappointed because my wife has shopped with Soma for a very long time. I will be leaving this review in multiple locations since customer service seems to be unwilling to serve our needs. read more

Quality bras and customer service. They carry plus sizes and several that are unlined to also choose from. It's difficult to find bras that are unlined, look good, and come in plus sizes. Gigi (spelling?) assisted me. Very helpful throughoit my entire time there. She helped me find what fit properly and informed me about their first time customer discount. This store is conveniently located on a corner of the second block when you first enter Pembroke Gardens. They have parking right up front if you are lucky enough to snag a spot. This is no easy feat in this whole shopping center. Anyway, Soma has such a nice selection of ladies undergarments. The sales associate was eager to help me. I was just browsing and really did not need any assistance. I did appreciate the thought. I think the store gets a little bit cluttered towards the back. I also think that they don't have enough sleepwear options. A highlight of the store is two comfy chairs for your husband or boyfriend or whoever to sit down and relax. This way you can have time to browse without your companion bothering you. Lol All in all, this store is well organized and has a lot to choose from for undergarments. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at this location. Unfortunately I am terrible with names so I don't recall the name of the young lady who helped me. She was very efficient and knew her stuff. She was able to guide me with my purchases. As any woman can tell you buying bras and keep a daunting experience as your body changes with age. I wanted to get fitted for a good bra and decided to take the drive from miami beach to pembroke pines and i am glad i did. I was greeted by Anna who was very helpful and patient with me spending time finding the right style for me. the lingerie is reasonable price and they have plenty of styles to pick from. what stands out for me though was Anna and her excellent customer service. The bras are pricey but WOW they feel good. I was sized and everything. Just when you thought you were wearing the right size all your life, the bra magicians give you your RIGHT size and wah-lah! The perfect fit. I swear on everything that my back no longer hurts. I have amazing support and a great lift. It's a great investment to buy at least one bra here. I bought 6 bra's from here and I don't think I need to buy anymore for the rest of my 20's. Please come here. You can even donate your old bras to them because they send them to woman in distress. I went in here today after being next door at Victoria's and feeling like I wasn't getting service or finding quality. Let me tell you these are real bras! I was sized. I haven't been sized since I was a teen and it was good to get measured. The attendant was kind and kept taking to me so I didn't feel awkward about it. I bought one that fit perfect. Just had the worse experience at the Pembroke Gardens shop. My daughter was looking for a strapless bra and the sales clerk started measuring here on the floor not even in a room! When my daughter asked if she was doing it in front of everyone the girl said "oh it's alright out here" without asking our preference. Then when she got in the changing room she was given a regular bra first and had to ask for the girl to bring her a strapless after waiting for 5 mins. We thought the girl was there to take care of her client. She finally brought 1 option only. When my daughter said she didn't like anything with lace, the girl told her that was the only option. I was outside the room looking at many options without lace. We were both very upset with the rudeness of the sale clerk and will never go back there. For the prices they charge you would think they could afford to train these girls on proper etiquette with clients. Buying lingerie is a very personal and private experience. read more

I went into Soma today doubtful that is be able to find a bra that would fit me. I had a double mastectomy and one reconstructed "Breast" is considerably smaller than the other. I discovered Soma when I was in Chicago recently. The customer service was excellent and I walked out with 2 new bras that fit great. Now that I'm back home in Fort Lauderdale I decided to check out one of the Soma stores down here; I went to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens. What a disappointment. The customer service was the exact opposite as what I experienced in Chicago. The coworker who helped me was less than attentive. I asked several times for a particular style which she kept forgetting to bring me. After bringing one style which she'd recommended, I needed to try on a larger size. After 10 minutes in the fitting room waiting for her to come back and check on me, I gave up. I got dressed and walked back into the main part of the store, where the coworker actually asked me "How did it fit?" Mind you, the bra I was holding in my hand was the first one she brought me (which I told her had fit 'ok'); the second one which didn't fit was left in the fitting room so I didn't bother to mention it, and she never did remember to bring me the one I'd asked repeatedly to try on. When she saw me put the bra I was holding back on the shelf she finally asked me if I wanted to try a different size or style. I told her that I would've liked to try some on.. .while I was in the fitting room. But now I just didn't have the time, and I left. I still want to buy more styles from Soma, but I will not be going back to that particular store. read more
