Go-backs, sanitizing, answering the phone, ringing people up... she was a one-lady operation! But, Heather found the time to help me shop for the perfect suits, based on my requirements, and provided helpful feedback while I was in the store. I often wonder, "where is the customer service these days?" Many sales people are on their phones; many (you can tell) don't want to be working. I called and talked to Luke on the phone and described what my 11-year-old daughter was looking for in a bike - I had a make and model in mind. They didn't carry that specific one, but he spent 15+ minutes looking online and making suggestions of similar options. We decided on one (a Haro) and even though it was above what I was looking to spend, the customer service on a cold call from someone random was top-notch. They even went out of their way to special order a white basket for the front of the bike and mounted it. My daughter has been riding it every day since we got it. Their bike tech Stephen was great on the phone when I described what she wanted in a basket. It's not cheap, but it's not outrageous, and the customer service I experienced was on another level. If you're looking for something that will last your kids many years, I highly recommend coming here.
